One the most critical aspect in project management is how to assign the project managers (PMs) to projects, especially whenever the PMs can lead more than one project. The present paper proposes a parameter (PME) to evaluate the PM in accomplishing a specific project useful for a next phase of assignment. To study the effects of ICT for Information Distribution (ID) and Task Assignment (TA) for gaining Teams’ Situational Awareness (TSA) across and within rescue teams, an indoor fire game was played with students. Understanding flow experience from users’ requirements

This paper argues that the concept of flow can be useful in gaining a better understanding of information system users’ flow experience. This paper applies this concept in the requirements development phase of an Internet protocol television e-learning service development project. The findings show that flow experience can be visualised and measured, and that there are differences in how users see and perceive different features. Some features are driven by more experiential needs, whereas others are driven by more task-oriented goals. International audience; This paper examines the ability of the dynamic optimization model to predict changes between in-phase and anti-phase postural modes of coordination and to evaluate influence of two particular environmental and intentional constraints on postural strategy. The task studied was based on an experimental paradigm that consisted in tracking a target motion with the head. The hybrid cloud storage is investigated as a case of concurrent sourcing.The paper introduces an analytical model for hybrid cloud storage costs.We study the role of acquisition cycle and volume variation in hybrid cloud costs.Shortening the reassessment interval reduces the volume non-stationarity.Shortening the reassessment interval reduces the total hybrid costs. Hybrid cloud storage combines cost-effective but inflexible private storage along with flexible but premium-priced public cloud storage. Replacement of the Project Manager Reflected Through Activity Theory and Work–System Theory

Replacement of the project manager (RPM) is a known phenomenon in information systems (IS) projects, but scant attention is given to it in the project management or IS literature. Given its critical effects on the project business, the organization, the project team, and the project manager, it should be studied in more depth. We identified factors which make RPM occurrences inherently different and we show that work-system theory and activity theory give comprehensive lenses to advance research on RPM. For the future research on RPM we identified three objectives: experiences on RPM, process model for RPM, and organizational culture’s influence on RPM occurrences.
