The vocational training project is studied, within the wider life project, towards the end of adolescence. It is identified in the absence of planning, the main cause of the high number of young people who do not study, do not work and are not trained. To encourage a vocational training project by the students, teachers, in carrying out educational activities, should always bear in mind the educational and cultural profile of the young people at the end of high school.
Influence of sample preparation on analytical results: drug analysis [GC/MS] on hair snippets versus hair powder using various extraction methods

The comparison of aqueous extraction methods and hair extraction by organic solvents performed on hair powder as well as on hair snippets of the same sample revealed different qualities of the procedures. Qualitative and quantitative results by the same derivatization step and GC/MS detection demonstrated, that the risk of missing a drug substance is higher using hair snippets than after drug extraction on pulverised hair. Drug recovery for opiates, cocaine and benzoylecgonine from hair was found to be best in aqueous solvents or in methanol extracts. When learning a complex task our nervous system self-organizes large groups of neurons into coherent dynamic activity patterns. During this, a cell assembly network with multiple, simultaneously active, and computationally powerful assemblies is formed; a process which is so far not understood. Here we show that the combination of synaptic plasticity with the slower process of synaptic scaling achieves formation of such assembly networks. Comparison of HapMap and 1000 genomes reference panels in a large-scale genome-wide association study

An increasing number of genome-wide association (GWA) studies are now using the higher resolution 1000 Genomes Project reference panel (1000G) for imputation, with the expectation that 1000G imputation will lead to the discovery of additional associated loci when compared to HapMap imputation. In order to assess the improvement of 1000G over HapMap imputation in identifying associated loci, we compared the results of GWA studies of circulating fibrinogen based on the two reference panels. Previous research has shown gender-related psychobiological differences in risky and competitive strategies that affect win and loss outcomes. In addition, some studies have found differences in the decision-making process, with women taking longer to reach the same performance as men. However, the underlying neural mechanisms remain unclear. The present study aimed to investigate gender differences in behavioral performance and neural correlates during a decision-making task, the Iowa Gambling Task (IGT).
