Objective: To perform a bibliometric analysis on the top-cited articles over the last three decades from 1989 to 2018, using a longitudinal set-up, in order to analyse how articles' features have evolved over time. Setting and sample population: A sample of 312 articles divided into three subgroups of 104 top-cited articles for each decade were included. The h-index value was used to determine the sample size. Ethics, resource rent, environment and petroleum policy: the case of a small open economy

This paper contributes to the understanding of how the environment, ethics, values, and historical contingencies shape public policy. It explains the accomplishment of petroleum resource management in the small open economy of Norway. The study is conducted by mapping policy decisions and the arguments behind them regarding environmental and ethical issues. This is done by studying available governmental and parliamentary papers along with statements from politicians and central governmental officials. We propose an approach for producing database publishing programs by example. The main idea is to interactively build an example document, representative of the program output. The system infers from this document, without ambiguity, the publishing program. The end-user does not need to know a programming language, a query language or the database schema.
Certain advantages of Scopus compare with Web of Science in a bibliometric analysis related to smoking

El objetivo de este trabajo es comparar entre Web of Science (WoS) y Scopus los indicadores bibliométricos básicos del área de tabaquismo de autores españoles en el período 2000-2009. Métodos: La búsqueda se realizó en el SCI-Expanded y Scopus (“smok*” OR “tobac*”). Resultados: La media total anual del nº de documentos fue de 41 ± 12 para WoS vs 60 ± 16 en Scopus (p = 0,007). Aumento progresivo del índice de colaboración. La media anual del índice de colaboración fue de 9,41 ± 2,73 en WoS vs 7,12 ± 1,52 en Scopus (p = 0,029).
