La singola decisione giudiziale è il risultato di una complessa mediazione fra le esigenze di universalizzazione della legge e le esigenze di individualizzazione legate al singolo caso concreto. In questo lavoro si tenta di dimostrare come la questione della commisurazione della pena sia più complessa di quanto comunemente si pensi. Synthesis and characterization of Zwitterionic Zn(II) and Cu(II) coordination compounds with ring-substituted 2,2′-biimidazole derivatives

Zwitterionic coordination compounds with strongly asymmetrical charge distribution were synthesized and characterized. Ring-substituted biimidazoles were used as the primary ligands for Zn and Cu compounds. Formation of Zwitterionic coordination compound was found to be strongly dependent on the pH of the reaction medium as well as on the ring and nitrogen substituents of the ligand. Reaction of the Df-R2biim (Df-R2biim = 2,2′-bi-1R-imidazole-5,5′-dicarboxaldehyde, R = Me, Et or Pr) with ZnCl2 in neutral conditions led to binuclear compounds [Zn2Cl4(Df-R2biim)2] with two bridging ligands (1a–c). Optical absorption and electron paramagnetic resonance of the E’_alfa center in amorphous silicon dioxide

We report a combined study by optical absorption OA and electron paramagnetic resonance EPR spectroscopy on the E point defect in amorphous silicon dioxide a-SiO2. This defect has been studied in -ray irradiated and thermally treated oxygen-deficient a-SiO2 materials. Our results have pointed out that the E center is responsible for an OA Gaussian band peaked at 5.8 eV and having a full width at half maximum of 0.6 eV. The estimated oscillator strength of the related electronic transition is 0.14. Furthermore, we have found that this OA band is quite similar to that of the E center induced in the same materials, indicating that the related electronic transitions involve states highly locali…
Optical absorption band at 5.8 eV associated with the E’_gamma centers in amorphous silicon dioxide: Optical absorption and EPR measurements

Line shape modifications induced by thermal treatment in the optical absorption and electron paramagnetic resonance EPR signals associated with the E center are experimentally investigated in various types of -irradiated amorphous silicon dioxide a-SiO2. The g values of the EPR main resonance line of the E center show a shift correlated with the peak energy variation of the absorption band at about 5.8 eV associated with this defect. These spectroscopic changes are proposed to originate from structural modifications of the defect environment. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv pozitīvas saistības starp metakognitīvajām prasmēm, emocionālo intelektu un skatu punkta ieņemšanu. Pētījumā piedalījās 65 dalībnieki, 51 viena sieviete (78,46%) un 14 vīrieši (21,54%) vecumā no 19-39 gadiem. Pētījuma dalībnieki ir dažādu studiju līmeņa un programmu studenti no četrām Latvijas universitātēm ar izglītības stāžu no 12 - 23 gadiem. Dalībnieku emocionālā intelekta rādītāji tika noteikti ar Emocionālā intelekta aptauju (The Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test - SREIT, Schutte, Mauloff & Bhullar, 2009).
