Ievads: čūlains kolīts (ČK) un Krona slimība (KS) ir divas galvenās neizārstējamās iekaisīgu zarnu slimības (IZS), kuras bez slimībai specifiskajiem simptomiem būtiski ietekmē arī pacientu dzīves kvalitāti (DzK). Darba mērķi: Novērtēt pacientu ar IZS dzīves kvalitāti, korelāciju starp slimības gaitu un DzK, salīdzināt ČK un KS pacientu dzīves kvalitāti un noskaidrot, vai pastāv korelācija starp DzK un klīniskajiem un demogrāfiskiem rādītājiem. Background The ROWAN Foot Pain Assessment Questionnaire (ROFPAQ) may be considered as a self-reported health questionnaire with 45 items to measure foot health problems such as foot pain. To date, the ROFPAQ has only been validated into an English-language version. Abstract Purpose A short adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) measure is needed with non-intrusive items that include subjective evaluations of childhood. We validated a short Difficult Childhood Questionnaire (DCQ) that assesses ACEs using personal perceptions of events. Methods The study relied on 2019 data from a representative survey (N = 28,047) in Norway. We examined the DCQ’s factor structure, internal consistency, and discriminant validity in a multi-group confirmatory factor analysis. Objectives: The aim of the study was to cross-culturally adapt the Parental-Caregiver Perceptions Questionnaire (P-CPQ) to the Peruvian Spanish language and assess its reliability and validity. Study Design: To translate and cross-cultural adapt the instrument, 60 parents answered the P-CPQ in two pilot tests. The final version of the P-CPQ was evaluated in 200 parents of children aged 11 to 14 years, who were clini - cally examined for dental caries.
