Il presente lavoro indaga come il cambiamento organizzativo produce delle conseguenze sul piano dell’identità professionale e personale dei lavoratori, oltre che sulla qualità della loro identificazione con l’organizzazione. Nello specifico, a 12 dipendenti di un piccolo presidio ospedaliero, colpito da un processo di ridimensionamento a causa di una rimodulazione del personale e dei posti letto, è stata somministrata un’intervista narrativa finalizzata a indagare l’impatto del cambiamento organizzativo in corso sulle identità personali e professionali. This paper aims to achieve an overall picture of the absorption rate of European funds in Romania for the 2007-2013 programming period and to propose a series of recommendations on the steps our country needs to follow in order to improve the process of accessing and implementation of structural instruments at national level. These recommendations focus on preventing obtaining a low rate of absorption of EU funds allocated to Romania in the multiannual financial framework 2014-2020 , thus preventing wastage prospects of economic and social modernization , that these funds offer.

Scopo del contributo è l’analisi del Photojournal, un dispositivo fototestuale autobiografico che Annie Ernaux compone come premessa al volume delle sue opere, Écrire la vie (Gallimard, 2011). La sezione biografica del volume diventa una premessa autobiografica, dove l’autrice compone 70 foto e 100 brani dei suoi diari per spiegare le ragioni della sua scrittura. Le foto illustrano la realtà materiale e i diari esprimono la realtà soggettiva: le due condizioni che hanno permesso la scrittura delle opere dell’autrice. This paper presents the benefits and drawbacks of replacing the traditional Si Mosfets transistors with enhancement mode GaN transistors in a Half-Bridge Zero Voltage and Zero Current Switching Power Switching (ZVZCPS) converter. This type of converters is usually used as Electronic Power Converters (EPC) for telecommunication satellites travelling-wave tube amplifiers (TWTAs). In this study, firstly the converter is theoretically analysed, obtaining its operation, losses and efficiency equations. Recent research focuses on establishing coupling relationships between geophysical and groundwater parameters. To fully exploit such information, this paper presents and compares a joint hydrogeophysical inversion (JHI) approach and sequential hydrogeophysical inversion (SHI) approach to inform a field-scale groundwater model with Time Domain Electromagnetic (TDEM) and Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT) data.
