CP violation and limits on New Physics including recent B-s measurements

We analyse present constraints on the SM parameter space and derive, in a model independent way, various bounds on New Physics contributions to $B_d^0$--$\bar B_d^0$ and $B_s^0$--$\bar B_s^0$ mixings. Our analyses include information on a large set of asymmetries, leading to the measurement of the CKM phases $\gamma$ and $\bar\beta$, as well as recent data from D0 and CDF related to the $B_s^0$--$\bar B_s^0$ system such as the measurement of $\Delta M_{B_s}$, $A_{SL}$ and $\Delta\Gamma_{s}^{CP}$. Inclusive production ofp-resonaces in πN-interactions

A theoretical analysis of the inclusive production ofp-mesons in πN-collisions is carried out. It is shown that the reggeized pion exchange mechanism describes well a large set of the experimental data in the region of the Feynman variablex>0.6. The combination with the model of quark-gluon strings leads to a good agreement with the experiment for allx. The inclusive production of high spin resonances is discussed.
Ramsey interferometry of non-Hermitian quantum impurities

We introduce a Ramsey pulse scheme which extracts the non-Hermitian Hamiltonian associated to an arbitrary Lindblad dynamics. We propose a realted protocol to measure via interferometry a generalised Loschmidt echo of a generic state evolving in time with the non-Hermitian Hamiltonian itself, and we apply the scheme to a one-dimensional weakly interacting Bose gas coupled to a stochastic atomic impurity. The Loschmidt echo is mapped into a functional integral from which we calculate the long-time decohering dynamics at arbitrary impurity strengths. Phase diagram of dirty two-band superconductors and observability of impurity-induced $s+is$ state

We investigate the phase diagram of dirty two-band superconductors. This paper primarily focuses on the properties and observability of the time-reversal symmetry-breaking $s+is$ superconducting states, which can be generated in two-band superconductors by interband impurity scattering. We show that such states can appear in two distinct ways. First, according to a previously discussed scenario, the $s+is$ state can form as an intermediate phase at the impurity-driven crossover between $s_{\pm}$ and $s_{++}$ states. [EN] The min-max windy rural postman problem is a multiple vehicle version of the windy rural postman problem, WRPP, which consists of minimizing the length of the longest route to find a set of balanced routes for the vehicles. In a previous paper, an ILP formulation and a partial polyhedral study were presented, and a preliminary branch-and-cut algorithm that produced some promising computational results was implemented. The Two Loop Crossed Ladder Vertex Diagram with Two Massive Exchanges

We compute the (three) master integrals for the crossed ladder diagram with two exchanged quanta of equal mass. The differential equations obeyed by the master integrals are used to generate power series expansions centered around all the singular (plus some regular) points, which are then matched numerically with high accuracy. The expansions allow a fast and precise numerical calculation of the three master integrals (better than 15 digits with less than 30 terms in the whole real axis). A conspicuous relation with the equal-mass sunrise in two dimensions is found. Comparison with a previous large momentum expansion is made finding complete agreement.
