Maģistra darbā pētītas administratīvās lietas, kurās lēmumi pieņemti attiecībā par vairākām, noteiktām personām tieši administratīvā akta adresātu kontekstā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt vairāku, noteiktu personu, kas ir administratīvā akta adresāti, ietekmi uz administratīvo procesu iestādē un tiesā. Darbā analizēti minēto lēmumu adresātu veidi, adresātu procesuālās tiesības un lietu izskatīšanas būtiskākie materiāltiesiskie un procesuāli tiesiskie aspekti. Pētījuma rezultātā autore konstatē virkni problēmjautājumu pamatā tiesību normu piemērošanas jomā, kam autore sniegusi iespējamos risinājumus. Alcohol Abuse in Latin American Immigrants Participating in Intervention Programs for Abusers: the Import ance of Adherence to Treatment

En este estudio, se analizan las tasas de abandono del tratamiento en hombres inmigrantes latinoamericanos con problemas de consumo de alcohol (PCA) derivados a programas de intervención con maltratadores, y se explora si aquellos que consiguen finalizar la intervención se diferencian de los que no tienen PCA en variables resultado de la intervención. La muestra la componen 107 hombres latinoamericanos condenados por violencia contra la mujer. Al contrario de lo esperado, no se confirman mayores tasas de abandono entre los participantes con PCA. Celem artykułu jest analiza aspektów metodologicznych związanych z badaniem zmian ideologicznych w partiach politycznych. W pracy porównano analizę ilościową programów wyborczych i ankiety eksperckiej, oceniono ich mocne i słabe strony oraz przeanalizowano możliwości ich zastosowania. Hipoteza przyjęta w artykule jest następująca: analiza ilościowa programów wyborczych jest obciążona mniejszymi słabościami metodologicznymi niż ankieta ekspercka, a zatem jest bardziej niezawodnym narzędziem do pomiaru zmian ideologicznych w środowisku partii politycznych

Comparison between simulated and observed LHC beam backgrounds in the ATLAS experiment at E beam =4 TeV

Results of dedicated Monte Carlo simulations of beam-induced background (BIB) in the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) are presented and compared with data recorded in 2012. During normal physics operation this background arises mainly from scattering of the 4 TeV protons on residual gas in the beam pipe. Methods of reconstructing the BIB signals in the ATLAS detector, developed and implemented in the simulation chain based on the FLUKA Monte Carlo simulation package, are described. New concepts and techniques are replacing traditional methods of water quality parameters measurement systems. This paper proposed a new way of potable water quality assessment in distribution network using Multi Sensor Array (MSA). Extensive research suggests that following parameters i.e. pH, Dissolved Oxygen (D.O.), Conductivity, Oxygen Reduction Potential (ORP), Temperature and Salinity are most suitable to detect overall quality of potable water.
