Hipofīzes adenomu šūnu raksturojums

Hipofīzes adenoma ir populācijā bieži sastopams labdabīgs smadzeņu audzējs. Šobrīd trūkst informācijas par iespējamiem audzēja veidošanās mehānismiem un tā attīstību veicinošām mutācijām. Šajā pētījumā ir apkopoti 10 hipofīzes adenomu pacientu dati, kas iegūti ar molekulārām un šūnu bioloģijas metodēm. No hipofīzes adenomu operāciju materiāla tika iegūtas heterogēnas šūnu kultūras, kas tika raksturotas pēc audzēja un cilmes šūnu marķieriem, ka arī mutāciju spektra, izmantojot imūnfluorescentās krāsošanas, plūsmas citometrijas, vienas šūnas pilna genoma amplifikācijas un eksonu sekvenēšanas metodes. Naturalne zbiorniki wodne są w Europie bardzo cennymi obszarami pod względem florystycznym. Wśród nich ważne dla zachowania różnorodności biologicznej flory w Polsce są źródła. Niniejsza praca przedstawia pierwsze w Polsce stanowisko Potametum pectinati Carstensen 1955 z klasy Potametea w limnokrenowym źródle krasowym. Dotychczas zespól ten nie był notowany w tego typu siedlisku w Europie. W artykule przedstawiono skład florystyczny i wymagania ekologiczne tego zespołu.

In this paper we propose a new mobility model that uses sea transports for systematic and occasional users, tourists, etc.., which must reach the airports of Palermo and Trapani. In particular fast ferries, even with their operational limitations, can be used for quick links designed for the mobility demand that interests the airports of Western Sicily. Waterfront e patrimonio militare: la base sottomarina di Saint-Nazaire

Isolated from its harbour by the submarine base built during World War II, Saint-Nazaire has added to its development over the last two decades, without referring to major European models. An important arts and tourist center has been built around the port zone, close to the German submarine base. The converted military structure, which is situated in an impressive public space, has been endowed with a new sense of identity. It stands out as the main element in the urban regeneration process, focusing on the cultural and tourist character of the programme and aiming to reinforce the relationship between the city and its port.

Il contributo si propone di scandagliare la tensione, cui si trova la pubblica amministrazione, tra esigenze di semplificazione e ricerca di forme di partecipazione inclusive. Partendo da una disamina del contesto attuale, dei problemi collegati al digital divide, si analizza la portata del rapporto tra innovazione sociale e welfare digitale nella pubblica amministrazione. Si approfondisce altresì il tema delle ICT come strumenti di benessere sociale, anche in funzione di trasparenza. Nuovi modelli di condivisione delle scelte: “decisioni a rete e in rete”.

La tesi ricostruisce la visione estetica dei padri del Trascendentalismo americano, Ralph Waldo Emerson ed Henry David Thoreau. L'analisi è incentrata sull'esperienza estetica della natura, intesa come via privilegiata di cui l'uomo dispone per la conoscenza di se stesso, attraverso "lo splendido labirinto delle percezioni" e delle forme naturali. La ricerca analizza i tre saggi principali sulla natura di Emerson, redatti in un periodo che va dal 1836 al 1844, e il capolavoro di Thoreau, Walden del 1854, che declina la ricerca del maestro Emerson in modo originale, concentrandosi sulla nozione di selvaggio.
