Fisheries exploitation can cause genetic changes in heritable traits of targeted stocks. The direction of selective pressure forced by harvest acts typically in reverse to natural selection and selects for explicit life-histories, usually for younger and smaller spawners with deprived spawning potential. Flow resistance in gravel-bed channels is not only affected by the shape and size of the roughness elements, but also by their arrangement on the channel bed surface (position to flow streamlines, spacing between elements, and their protrusion from the channel bed). Mixtures of lecithin with polymerizable derivatives of cholesterol. A monolayer film balance study.

One of the best investigated binary lipid mixtures is the lecithin-cholesterol system. We show here that it is possible to modify the cholesterol in such a way that it can be polymerized without changing its behaviour in mixtures with lecithin. The polymerizable derivatives exhibit a very similar phase diagram in the mixture with dipalmitoyl-phosphatidylcholine as the cholesterol itself. This is demonstrated by filmbalance measurements.

Se presentan diagramas de evolución como instrumento metodológico para analizar y visualizar resultados. Izhajajoč iz dinamičnega pristopa k razumevanju tvorbe pomena avtor v tej izvirni, za Revus napisani razpravi izgradi pragmatično usmerjeni nauk o pravnem razlaganju. Ta se odmika tako od formalističnih kot protiformalističnih pogledov, saj je v skladu z njim razlaganje hkrati »odkrivanje« nekaterih pomenskih ravni in »ustvarjanje« drugih. Pomen vsakršnih (tudi pravnih) izrazov ali stavkov je torej obravnavan kot nekaj stopnjevitega, oblikovanega na več ravneh. Obenem vključuje znotraj-jezikovno razsežnost (smisel) in razsežnost razmerja »jezik-svet« (nanosnik). Pomen nikoli ni proizveden hipoma in v celoti, ampak je oblikovan postopno, po korakih. Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 48 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 16 attēlus, 4 tabulas un 72 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis ir, izmantojot acu kustību analīzi un dalībnieku anketēšanu, izvērtēt vizuālās informācijas grupēšanas un papildu elementa ietekmi uz ģeometrisku objektu formas uztveri. Dalībniekiem tika demonstrēti 18 dažādi stimuli, ko veidoja četrstūris bez papildu elementa un ar papildu elementu (apli) 3 dažādās pozīcijās un 3 attālumos. Dalībniekiem bija jānorāda, vai demonstrētais objekts tiek uztverts kā rombs vai kā kvadrāts (pirmā grupa), bet vai tikai jāapskata stimuli, lai iegūtu skata virziena parametrus (otrā grupa).
