Este estudio trata de exponer las interferencias culturales entre la esfera oral, tradicional y anónima, y la esfera culta, escrita e individual, que caracterizan las composiciones lorquianas inspiradas en cantares de arrullo. Se pone de manifiesto la especificidad de la canción de cuna en la lírica de Lorca, en contraste con otros géneros tradicionales y con algún otro autor “neopopular”. W skazano w nim na potencjalne obszary regulacji, jak również, że kluczowe znaczenie ma uregulowanie obowiązków przedkontraktowych organizatora sieci franczyzowej. Obecnie kandydat na franczyzobiorcę - jako konsument - powinien korzystać z minimum ochrony konsumenckiej. Dalej odniesiono się do praw i obowiązków stron umowy, uregulowania deliktów nieuczciwej konkurencji. Osobno został przedstawiony pomysł wprowadzenia reżimu zakazu praktyk naruszających zbiorowe interesy franczyzobiorców

Il saggio propone un'analisi del Codice antimafia approvato nell'ultimo scorcio del periodo di attività del governo Berlusconi. Più che soffermarsi su quanto in esso contenuto il saggio mette in evidenza quanto, nella stesusa del Codice, è stato omesso o taciuto. L’immagine che emerge delle organizzazioni criminali non tiene conto delle profonde evoluzioni attraversate negli anni. E la centralità della formazione e della cultura, pilastri fondamentali per coadiuvare le azioni di contrasto, non sono in alcun modo riconosciute.

Abstract Introduction Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) accounts for 2–3% of all tumors being the most frequent solid lesion in the kidney. Objective To determine what genetic alterations and immunohistochemical (IHC) of clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) are associated with prognosis and tumor aggressiveness. Patients and Methods Experimental analytical study with 57 patients who underwent radical and partial nephrectomy between 2005 and 2011, all with diagnosis of ccRCC and minimum post-operative follow-up of 36 months. Intron variants of the p53 gene are associated with increased risk for ovarian cancer but not in carriers of BRCA1 or BRCA2 germline mutations

Two biallelic polymorphisms in introns 3 and 6 of the p53 gene were analysed for a possible risk-modifying effect for ovarian cancer. Germline DNA was genotyped from 310 German Caucasian ovarian cancer patients and 364 healthy controls. We also typed 124 affected and 276 unaffected female carriers with known deleterious BRCA1 or BRCA2 germline mutation from high-risk breast-ovarian cancer families. Genotyping was based on PCR and high-resolution gel electrophoresis. Ettore Gabrici, who first excavated the structure located in the northwest corner of Solunto’s agora in 1920-21, identified the remains as part of a thermal bath, despite missing some of the key elements which usually characterize this type of buildings (hypocaust, praefurnium, heating pipes). After the re-examination of the architectural elements, this paper suggests a different interpretation which takes into account archaeological evidences from the broader Mediterranean context (especially from Sicily and the Punic world). Spore-forming parasites infecting muscles of freshwater fishes : ecology and epidemiology

Fish parasites may potentially harm fisheries and aquaculture. Infected fish are unusable, even though they would not pose a direct risk to human health. The aim of this thesis was to investigate the ecology and epidemiology of three previously unknown or poorly known spore-forming parasites infecting muscles of economically important fish species. The first novel microsporidian species, here described as Microsporidium luciopercae, was found from pike-perch (Sander lucioperca) and European perch (Perca fluviatilis) and formed opaque-looking patches in the muscles.
