Datorizēto redzes treniņu pielietojums verģences uzlabošanai

Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 40 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 19 attēlus, 4 tabulas, 4 pielikumu un 60 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija pārbaudīt datorizētas iekārtas pielietojumu redzes treniņiem un tās efektivitāti fūzijas rezerves un verģences viegluma skaitliskās vērtības uzlabošanai. Pētījumā piedalījās 22 dalībnieki (vidējais vecums: 22 ± 2 gadi). Visiem dalībniekiem redzes treniņa programmas ietvaros tika veikta padziļinātā redzes pārbaude, kur tika iegūti dati par redzes asumu, akomodācijas spējām un motorām funkcijām. Conceptions of healthcare professionals about rehabilitees’ participation in goal setting in an acute hospital : a phenomenographic study

Purpose: In acute care, effective goal-setting is an essential phase of a successful rehabilitation process. However, professionals’ knowledge and skills in rehabilitee-centered practice may not always match the ways of implementing goal-setting. This study aimed to describe the variation in how acute hospital professionals perceive and comprehend rehabilitee participation in rehabilitation goal-setting. Redzes kontrasta adaptācijas un pēcefekta mehānisms

Maģistra darbā aprakstīti redzes sistēmas adaptācijas un kontrasta uztveres procesi. Tika kvalitatīvi un kvantitatīvi pētīta kontrasta uztveres izmaiľa laika gaitā pēc adaptācijas uz augsta kontrasta sinusoidālo režģi, kā arī noteikta kopējā adaptācijas pakāpes atkarība no pielietotu stimulu parametriem. Literatūras apskatā ir apkopota informācija par laika periodu no 1965. līdz 2014. gadam. Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, tā apjoms ir 75 lpp. Darbs satur 36 attēlus, 13 tabulas, 7 pielikumus un tajā tika izmantoti 58 literatūras avoti.
Jet fragmentation transverse momentum distributions in pp and p-Pb collisions at √s, √sNN = 5.02 TeV

Jet fragmentation transverse momentum (jT) distributions are measured in proton-proton (pp) and proton-lead (p-Pb) collisions at √sNN = 5.02 TeV with the ALICE experiment at the LHC. Jets are reconstructed with the ALICE tracking detectors and electromagnetic calorimeter using the anti-kT algorithm with resolution parameter R = 0.4 in the pseudorapidity range |η| < 0.25. The jT values are calculated for charged particles inside a fixed cone with a radius R = 0.4 around the reconstructed jet axis. The measured jT distributions are compared with a variety of parton-shower models. Herwig and Pythia 8 based models describe the data well for the higher jT region, while they underestimate the low…

This paper is an attempt to indicate the reasons why a theologian should be interested in other sciences. The openness of the Church towards science is a relevant issue for Christian faith. Its justification today is in a climate of scientific thinking, in which scientific tools of recognising of the world, as well as the scientific picture of the world play an important role. This article will demonstrate the following: 1) the ecclesial reason; 2) the educational reason; (3) the anthropological reason; (4) the ecological reason;(5) the scientifical reason; (6) the kerygmatic-pastoral reason.
Il ruolo delle banche locali e del relationship lending in scenari economici in profondo cambiamento

Lo scopo di questo lavoro è quello di esaminare la relazione tra banca locale e impresa in un contesto economico in profondo cambiamento. L’obiettivo è comprendere se e come l’orientamento all’attività di finanziamento delle banche locali (più radicate nel territorio e più vicine ai principi del relationship lending) sia cambiato in seguito allo scoppio della crisi finanziaria.
