Interaction of the n-terminal domain of human t1r2 taste receptor with brazzein, a sweet-tasting protein

Brazzein is a small (6.5 kDa) sweet-tasting protein originating from the fruit of Pentadiplandra brazzeana, a plant found in West Africa. Brazzein like all classes of sweet compounds is perceived through the activation of the T1R2/T1R3 heterodimeric sweet-taste receptor. T1R2 and T1R3 subunits are members of the small family of class C G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). Class C GPCRs possess a large N-terminal domain (NTD) linked to seven transmembrane domain by a cysteine rich domain (CRD). The NTD of T1R2 (T1R2-NTD) has been shown to contain the primary binding site for most of the sweet ligands. Wbrew stanowisku Wojewódzkiego Sądu Administracyjnego (WSA) w Białymstoku1 nie można przyjąć założenia, że zabezpieczenia ustanowione w trybie regulacji podatkowych mają pierwszeństwo przed zasadami prawa upadłościowego oraz są wykonalne i skuteczne także po ogłoszeniu upadłości podatnika. This study addresses the gap in our understanding of the role of pedagogy in agency construction among higher education students. In the present study, profiles of students’ agency experiences were identified and analysed with respect to the students’ perceptions of teaching practices in their courses (i.e., student-centred learning activities, forms of instruction, and student-teacher roles). En el presente trabajo, se muestran los resultados de una investigación cuyo objetivo es conocer los motivos de uso de las redes sociales virtuales de las mujeres rurales y determinar perfiles en función de sus respuestas. Para ello, se realiza un estudio de encuesta, cuyo cuestionario se aplica a 478 mujeres de entornos rurales de Andalucía de 18 a 65 años. Los resultados muestran dos perfiles de mujeres en función de sus motivaciones de uso de las redes, encontrando que las que usan las redes con una mayor variedad de motivos, muestran mayores niveles en intensidad, habilidad y autonomía de uso, mientras que las que la usan exclusivamente por motivos relacionales presentan niveles inferio…

This study examined upper secondary school students’ citations of self-selected online sources in their essays. Students (n = 140) conducted online inquiry about either effects of social media on people’s quality of life (SM) or allowance of genetic manipulation of organisms (GMO).
