Este trabajo muestra resultados parciales de un Proyecto I+D de Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnología español sobre centros TICs andaluces y sus repercusiones en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Nos planteamos mediante encuesta indagar en las creencias del profesorado sobre la tecnología en la educación, su influencia en los procesos de aula. For Hannah Arendt, some of the most distinctive features of the modern age derived from the adoption of a process-imaginary in science, history, and administration. This article examines Arendt’s work, identifying what it calls the ‘process-frame’ in her criticism of imperialism, economy, and the biologization of politics. It discusses an interpretation in which ‘natality’ presents a completely alternative mode of temporality, a resistance to the process-frame. Electrochemical interfaces present a serious challenge for atomistic modelling. Electrochemical thermodynamics are naturally addressed within the grand canonical ensemble (GCE) but the lack of a fixed potential rate theory impedes fundamental understanding and computation of electrochemical rate constants. Herein, a generally valid electrochemical rate theory is developed by extending equilibrium canonical rate theory to the GCE. The extension provides a rigorous framework for addressing classical reactions, nuclear tunneling and other quantum effects, non-adiabaticity etc. from a single unified theoretical framework.
