The implementation of new special education legislation in Finland

This article examines the implementation of new special education legislation in Finland among students with significant disabilities. The data consist of a nationwide survey and field observations. In the analysis, a policy implementation framework is utilized as a theoretical lens. The findings suggest that schools and municipalities that had participated in long-term development projects had more capacity and willingness to reform special education practices substantially, suggesting that learning in one policy area can transfer to other domains across multiple levels of national and local governments. Obecnie Krym zamieszkuje około stu dwudziestu pięciu narodów, wśród których Polacy stanowią dość niewielką grupę. Część współczesnych krymskich Polaków to potomkowie polskich uchodźców, którzy przybyli na półwysep w pierwszej połowie XX wieku. Artykuł prezentuje analizę znajdujących się w krymskich archiwach informacji dotyczących tej tematyki. Omawia historię działalności społeczno-kulturalnej polskiej społeczności w tym okresie. Opublikowane materiały mogą nie tylko zainteresować badaczy, lecz także być pomocne w odnawianiu zerwanych więzi rodzinnych, a również w rozwiązywaniu problemów napływających do Polski uchodźców, których liczba stale rośnie.

Związek agresji, wybranych czynników osobowościowych oraz preferencji kategorii filmów pornograficznych

Przeprowadzono badanie eksploracyjne w celu zbadania predyktorów oglądania pornografii 
z uwzględnieniem jej kategorii. Wzięło w nim udział 136 osób. Z 25 zaproponowanych najpopularniejszych słów kluczowych używanych do wyszukiwania pornografii w Internecie, wystarczająco licznymi okazało się 8 kategorii: „amatorki”, „BDSM”, „hardcore”, „lesbijki”, „nastolatki”, „seks analny”, „seks oralny” i „seks grupowy”. Potwierdzono 3 z 5 hipotez. Zaobserwowano związek wysokiej otwartości na doświadczenia z preferencją kategorii „BDSM” oraz „seks grupowy”, a także częstotliwości oglądania pornografii z agresją fizyczną. Celem niniejszej pracy była dalsza eksploracja związku wybranych cech osobowości z preferencją danego typu pornografii. Do analiz wykorzystano dane pochodzące od 136 osób badanych, w wieku między 19. a 56. rokiem życia. Wybrane cechy osobowości były badane za pomocą kwestionariusza TIPI-PL. Badanym przedstawiono 25 kategorii filmów pornograficznych i poproszono ich o wybranie tych słów kluczowych, których używają do poszukiwania pornografii w Internecie. Eksploracja danych uwidoczniła, że oglądający filmy pornograficzne cechują się istotnie wyższym poziomem ekstrawersji oraz stabilności emocjonalnej w stosunku do osób niekorzystających z pornografii. The constellation of proverbs is quite permanent. Only one third of proverbs are supposed to change in about one hundred years (Kuusi 1994: 117−118). This means that the proverbs used in the 21st century are much the same as the proverbs in the beginning of the 20th century and quite the same as in 1850’s. In this article I focus on the proverb as a significant unit. Even if the proverbs are unchangeable, their meanings are not. New high-pressure phase and equation of state of Ce2Zr2O8

In this paper we report a new high-pressure rhombohedral phase of Ce2Zr2O8 observed from high-pressure angle-dispersive x-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy studies up to nearly 12 GPa. The ambient-pressure cubic phase of Ce2Zr2O8 transforms to a rhombohedral structure beyond 5 GPa with a feeble distortion in the lattice. Pressure evolution of unit-cell volume showed a change in compressibility above 5 GPa. The unit-cell parameters of the high-pressure rhombohedral phase at 12.1 GPa are ah = 14.6791(3) {\AA}, ch = 17.9421(5) {\AA}, V = 3348.1(1) {\AA}3.
