However, person-centered approaches that allow identification of different family-specific configurations of mothers’ and fathers’ parental self-efficacy and potential within-family discrepancies remain scarce. In this study the topic of sexual communication, satisfaction, and accommodation in intercultural relationships is examined. Intercultural couples are in need of more attention in scholarly research, especially on the topic of sexual communication. This study aims to bring the topic into clear view. Mātes un pieaugušas meitas attiecību saistība ar meitas romantiskajām attiecībām

Šajā darbā tuvāk tika apskatīts mātes un meitas attiecību raksturojums dažādās teorijās (psihoanalītiskā, feminisma, piesaistes, starppaaudžu teorijas), mātes un meitas attiecību attīstība, mātes un meitas attiecības pieaugušo vecumā, kā arī mātes un meitas attiecību ietekme uz meitas romantiskajām attiecībām. Šī darba mērķis ir noskaidrot mātes un pieaugušas meitas attiecību saistību ar meitas romantiskajām attiecībām. Pētījumā piedalījās 65 sievietes vecumā no 30 - 40 gadiem, kurām ir dzīvas mātes un kurām ir romantiski - seksuālas attiecības. Pētījuma rezultātā tiek secināts, ka iekšējie konflikti kavē romantisku attiecību veidošanos un pozitīvi atkarīgas attiecības meitai ar māti palīdz…
