The essay concerns the involvement of Regional Legislators in the implementation of National Recovery and Resilience Plan («Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza»), considering regulatory simplification measures programmed by the Plan. In this perspective, it proposes a comparison between the Plan and the Italian Simplification Agenda 2020-2023 and it examines the framework of regional regulatory simplification measures.

Maģistra darba "Skolotāju dzīvesspēka veicināšana palikšanai profesijā" mērķis ir izpētīt, kā dzīvesspēks var veicināt skolotāju palikšanu profesijā. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, ir veikts fenomenoloģiskais pētījums. Datu ieguvei tiek izmantota anketa skolotājiem (Dzīvesspēka aptauja pieaugušajiem Resilience Scale for Adults), lai noteiktu viņu dzīvesspēku un atlasītu kandidātus intervijai. The aim of the study was to assess associations between dimensions of mental skills, psychological readiness and predictors of career longevity among current athletes. Mental skills dimensions were measured with the Ottawa Mental Skills Assessment Tool (OMSAT). The psychological predictors of athletic career longevity were measured with the Athletic Coping Skills Scale-28 (the ACSI-28) producing scores for seven coping skills and with the Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 (CSAI-2) which produced scores for confidence in competition.
