The ectrodactyly, ectodermal dysplasia, and cleft lip/palate syndrome 3 (EEC3; OMIM #604292), the Rapp-Hodgkin syndrome (RHS), and various other syndromes are caused by mutations in the TP63 gene, which encodes a p53-like transcription factor. Abstract Research question What is the frequency of cervical pregnancy in women undergoing assisted reproductive technologies (ART) and what are the risk factors? We assessed the prevalence and determinants of vitamin D insufficiency and deficiency in pregnancy in Spain. Objective To demonstrate the feasibility of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing in vanishing twin (VT) pregnancies in routine clinical practice. Methods Our study included 24 874 singleton and 206 VT consecutive pregnancies. Cell-free DNA was analyzed by massively parallel sequencing.
