Reuse of Water and Nutrients in Soilless Plant Culture

This dissertation proposes two approaches to mitigating the dependency of soilless culture on scarce mineral fertilisers. The first approach aims to increase the lifetime of the NS used in recirculating hydroponic systems, while the second approach presents a holistic method for the treatment and use of aquacultural sludge as NS for soilless growth systems. This method includes two steps: nutrient mobilisation using aerobic digestion (AD), followed by solids precipitation using the biopolymer chitosan as the flocculant. Maģistra darba tēma ir “Jauno darbinieku adaptācijas pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā CRB”. Darba mērķis ir identificēt būtiskākos trūkumus jauno darbinieku adaptācijas procesā uzņēmumā CRB un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā pilnveidošanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti adaptācijas teorētiskie aspekti – jēdziens, mērķi, uzdevumi, adaptācijas process un tā posmi. Bebru darbības ietekmētās teritorijas pagasta teritorijā ir dažādas, tām ir ne vien dažādas platības un atrašanās vietas, bet dažādas ir arī ietekmēto vietu raksturojošās pazīmes. Dzelzceļa satiksmes radītā atmosfēras piesārņojuma novērtējums Rīgas teritorijā

Dzelzceļa pārvadājumu nozare Latvijā ir viena no pelnošākajām nozarēm valstī, bez tam dzelzceļa transports tiek uzskatīts par vienu no videi ‘’draudzīgākajiem’’ transporta veidiem, tomēr likumdošanas prasības neparedz atmosfēras piesārņojuma detalizētu novērtēšanu dzelzceļa transporta vienību kustību trajektorijām ārpus uzņēmuma teritorijas. Darba ietvaros pētītas VAS ‘’Latvijas dzelzceļš’’ izmantotās lokomotīves, novērtēts to radītais atmosfēras piesārņojums Rīgas teritorijā esošos pamatplūsmas transporta atzaros un modelēta piesārņojošo vielu dispersija atmosfērā. Modelēšanas rezultātu validācija veika, pamatojoties uz cieto daļiņu mērījumiem brīvi izvēlētos monitoringa punktos.
