Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā nekustamā īpašuma apdrošināšanas ņēmēji un eksperti uztver riskus nekustamā īpašuma apdrošināšanā. Pētījuma teorētisko ietvaru veido Ulriha Beka riska sabiedrības pieeja, kas skaidro mūsdienu sabiedrību, kurā veidojas risku uztvere un Terjes Avena un Ortvina Rena pieci riska uztveres modeļi, ar kuru palīdzību tika analizēta risku uztvere. Datu iegūšanas metode ir daļēji strukturētās intervijas ar īpašuma apdrošināšanas ņēmējiem un nozaru pārstāvjiem, kuru ikdienas darba pienākumi ir saistīti ar risku uztveri. Contaminant Intrusion through Leaks in Water Distribution System: Experimental Analysis

Abstract This paper presents the results of experimental tests on the intrusion of contaminant through pipe cracks in water distribution network resulting from low/negative pressures. The tests were carried out on a looped distribution network at the University of Enna and were performed first producing a pressure transient that causes negative pressures then reproducing intermittent supply. A soluble contaminant was added to the water volume in the network through a pipe crack. Sampling of water volume was carried out in two nodes of the network and the contaminant concentrations were measured. Goodwill appears as an intangible asset in the parent company balance sheet after purchasing a company, especially with big expectations of growth and synergy. However, there are ethical issues involved in presenting and accounting for goodwill. For example, if the manager pays too much for a company in the hubris of closing a deal in order to obtain his/her bonuses, the excess amount paid can currently be “hidden” into the parent company balance sheet under the name of goodwill. Nous nous proposons de faire un état des lieux concernant les relations entre les étudiants et les TIC sous deux axes opposés : l’axe psychopathologique et l’axe « ressource ». D’un côté sont recensées les pathologies liées à l’usage de ces supports (usage problématique et addictions – notamment à la pornographie, cyberharcèlement) en termes de fréquence et de comorbidités. El presente artículo, reflexiona en torno al hecho común y cada vez más representativo sobre cómo adolescentes, que proceden de entornos familiares socialmente ajustados y envueltos en garantías, acaban siendo protagonistas de prácticas de riesgo que derivan en su propio deterioro. Ievads. Trimetilamīna-N-oksīds (TMAO) ir jauns kardiovaskulārā riska marķieris, kura metabolisms un riska asociācijas mehānismi ir neskaidri. Ir zināms, ka TMAO līmenis ir augstāks pacientiem ar 2. tipa cukura diabētu, bet tā saistība ar metabolisko sindromu (MS) ir maz pētīta. Mērķis. Noskaidrot, vai pastāv TMAO līmeņa saistība ar MS pacientiem ar paaugstinātu kardiovaskulāro risku. Metodes. Šis ir viena centra novērojošs šķērsgriezuma pētījums, kurā tika iekļauti pacienti pēc specifiski izstrādāta pētījuma dizaina, lai optimāli izvērtētu visus TMAO līmeni ietekmējošos faktorus. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka palmu eļļas ļoti plašā izmantošana pārtikā un uztura bagātinātajos, kas visvairāk var ietekmēt cilvēka veselību, vienlaikus kļūstot par iespējamu riska faktoru.
