Eine intermittierend auftretende cholestatische Lebererkrankung kann einen angeborenen Defekt im Bereich der Gallensaurentransportproteine offenlegen. Die Episoden konnen durch eine Schwangerschaft oder die Einnahme oraler Kontrazeptiva oder anderer Medikamente ausgelost werden. Wir beschreiben den Fall einer 22-jahrigen Mutter, bei der zwei Wochen nach Beginn der hormonalen Kontrazeption ein zunehmender Ikterus und schwerer Juckreiz auftrat. Bereits einige Monate zuvor hatte sie an Juckreiz im Rahmen einer intrahepatischen Schwangerschaftscholestase gelitten. Die Leberbiopsie zeigte eine Cholestase in unauffalligem Lebergewebe. Die Behandlung mit Ursodesoxycholsaure war nicht erfolgreich. …

Tarkastelemme tässä artikkelissa kirjallisuusarvosteluja osana alustoitunutta kulttuurituotantoa esimerkkinämme käyttäjälähtöiset kirja-arvostelut erityisesti kuvasovellus Instagramissa. Abstract Abstract 4661 Introduction: Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is characterized by thrombocytopenia, hemolytic anemia and microthrombi. A deficiency of the metalloprotease ADAMTS 13, which cleaves a Tys1605-Met1606 bond in the A2 subunit of von Willebrand factor (VWF), leads to formation of ultra large von Willebrand multimers (UL-VWF) and can cause platelet aggregation and mircovascular thrombosis. Treatment of choice is the substitution of plasma with plasmaexchange. There are two different plasma types available: Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP) and solvent/detergent (s/d) treated plasma. The study seeks to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and its relative impact on students' academic performance. Several studies link SI with intellectual development. This study aims to analyse the phenomenon of spiritual intelligence (SI) within the framework of human resource development (HRD) research. Qualitative and quantitative data were analysed. The study was conducted among management students residing in Delhi NCR. The findings confirm that spiritual quotient factors are applicable in the Indian context.
