Ennalta määrätyn ja sykeohjatun blokkiharjoittelun vertailu : kahdeksan viikon intensiivisen harjoitusjakson vaikutukset kestävyyssuorituskykyyn

Korkeaintensiteettisen kestävyysharjoittelun blokkiohjelmointi on havaittu tehokkaaksi tavaksi parantaa kestävyyssuorituskykyä. Riittävän palautumisen merkitys korostuu kuormittavien harjoitusjaksojen aikana. Sykeohjatun harjoittelun ideana on ohjelmoida harjoittelua yksilöllisesti autonomisen hermoston toimintaan perustuen. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli vertailla sykeohjatun ja ennalta määrätyn blokkiharjoittelun vaikutuksia kestävyyssuorituskykyyn ja hermolihasjärjestelmän toimintaan. Neuromuscular function during knee exercises in water : with special reference to hydrodynamics and therapy

The present series of studies examined neuromuscular function during knee exercise in water and training responses of an aquatic exercise program. Emphasis was placed on the quantification of water resistance, the drag. Subjects who participated in this series of studies were 25-35-year-old healthy women and men. Neuromuscular function was examined using electromyography (EMG), force and reflex sensitivity measurements in the isometric condition on land and in water. EMG and angular velocity were measured during dynamic knee extension-flexion in still and flowing water. The drag forces acting on the leg and foot model were measured in the barefoot condition and with a large resistance boot.

Darbs tika balstīts uz citos pētījumos plaši analizētajām atšķirībām starp britu angļu valodu un amerikāņu angļu valodu. Pētījuma uzdevums bija analizēt atšķirības starp britu un amerikāņu angļu valodu, kas izmantotas starptautisku uzņēmumu sapulču protokolos. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika izmantota kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā analīze. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot visbiežāk izmantoto angļu valodas variantu starptautisko uzņēmumu sapulču protokolos un tā iemeslus. Tika secināts, ka atšķirības starp britu un amerikāņu angļu valodu novērojamas gramatikā, interpunkcijā, vārdu krājumā, pareizrakstībā. Abstract Introduction: Acquired haemophilia (AcH) is associated with the development of polyclonal autoantibodies against FVIII, which affect directly the A2 or C2 domain of the FVIII molecule. Immunomodulatory therapy regimes to normalize FVIII levels and to eliminate the inhibitor are essential options in the treatment of patients (pts) with AcH. The aims of the present study were to investigate the response to Rituximab® and to localize the inhibitor epitopes on the FVIII domains. The effects of location (soil surface vs. incorporated in soil) and nature of plant residues on degradation processes and indigenous microbial communities were studied by means of soil microcosms incubation in which the different soil zones influenced by decomposition i.e. residues, soil adjacent to residues (detritusphere) and distant soil unaffected by decomposition (bulk soil) were considered. In his important work, Orthodox Spirituality , Father Dumitru Staniloae considers that, besides the real existence of the subconscious, there exists in man another reality as well, comprising the superior divine energies found in the human heart and which he defined by using the modern notion of transconscious or supraconscious. Contribution: The present study emphasises on the origin, definitions and content of this concept in the work of Father Staniloae and its great importance in defining a way to know God and his salvation works, from the perspective of an anchorite and Christian mystic, engaged in the existential tension of communion with God.
