Background & aims Obeticholic acid (OCA) is the second-line treatment approved for patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and an inadequate response or intolerance to ursodeoxycholic acid. We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of OCA under real-world conditions. Background Sports club participation begins to decrease in adolescence. There is a lack of knowledge, how sports club participation changes from adolescence to early adulthood in Finland, and how goal orientation influences on it. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine if goal orientation is associated to changes in sports club participation during afore mentioned critical years. Our everyday digital tasks require access to information from a wide range of applications and systems. Although traditional search systems can help find information, they usually operate within one application (e.g., email client or web browser) and require the user's cognitive effort and attention to formulate proper search queries. In this paper, we demonstrate EntityBot, a system that proactively provides useful and supporting entities across application boundaries without requiring explicit query formulation. Darba mērķis ir atrast jaunus inhibitorus, kas kavē Listeria monocytogenes transpeptidāzes sortāzes A veikto hidrolīzes reakciju, inhibējot sortāzes A darbību. Šī mērķa sasniegšanai tika izveidota DNS konstrukcija, kas kodē Listeria monocytogenes sortāzes A katalītisko domēnu. Tā kā vislabāk izpētīta ir Staphylococcus aureus sortāze A, papildus tika izveidota tās katalītisko domēnu kodējoša DNS konstrukcija. Ekspresija tika sekmīgi veikta E. coli ekspresijas sistēmā, abi proteīni bija šķīstoši. Darba saturs veido priekšstatu par brāļu Vesliju un Dž.Vitfīlda darbību Anglijā, izmantojot jaunas metodes evaņģelizēšanai.
