Journalistisen osaamisen soveltuminen viestinnän työtehtäviin

Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa selvitettiin, miten journalistinen osaaminen soveltuu viestinnän työtehtäviin. Tutkimusongelman taustalla oli journalistien siirtyminen viestinnän töihin muun muassa mediamaiseman murroksen seurauksena. Alanvaihto näkyi myös ammattijärjestöjen luvuissa; Journalistiliitossa jäsenmäärä oli laskenut, ProComissa ja Viesti ry:ssä puolestaan noussut. Tutkimuksen teoreettisena pohjana toimi Bourdieun kenttäteoria, jonka avulla pyrittiin ymmärtämään, mitä tapahtuu, kun journalistinen ja viestinnällinen kenttä risteävät. Kenttäteoria auttoi myös havainnollistamaan, miten entiset journalistit kerryttivät kulttuurista pääomaa, tässä tapauksessa viestinnällistä osaamistaan…

Darbā tiek pētīts līgumiskās pirmpirkuma tiesības regulējums Latvijas Republikā. Tiek padziļināti analizēti konstatētie problēmjautājumi, kā arī tiek piedāvāts salīdzinājums ar ārvalstu regulējumu. Pirmpirkuma tiesība ir priekšrocība attiecībā pret citiem tiesību subjektiem iegādāties lietu tās tālākpārdošanas gadījumā. Pastāv divi pirmpirkuma tiesību veidi – likumiskā, kas saistās ar likumdevēja gribu, un ar privāto gribu saistīta līgumiskā pirmpirkuma tiesība. Šī darba ietvaros tiek pētīta tieši līgumiskā jeb pielīgtā pirmpirkuma tiesība. The prevalence of myopia has markedly increased in East and Southeast Asia, and pathologic consequences of myopia, including myopic maculopathy and high myopia-associated optic neuropathy, are now some of the most common causes of irreversible blindness. Hence, strategies are warranted to reduce the prevalence of myopia and the progression to high myopia because this is the main modifiable risk factor for pathologic myopia. Experiences of left-behind family members of transnational migrant workers have been in the shadow of academic discourse on migration. To contribute to the slowly growing body of literature, this study explores the impact of male out-migration on left-behind wives. The study proposes and applies a novel framework to estimate Women Empowerment Index (WEI) for comparing the empowerment level across households with and without men in transnational labor. Compensation of Nonlinearity of Voltage and Current Instrument Transformers

This paper aims at characterizing and improving the metrological performances of current and voltage instrument transformers (CTs and VTs) in harmonic measurements in the power system. A theoretical analysis is carried out to demonstrate that, due to the iron core nonlinearity, CT and VT output signal is distorted even when the input signal is a pure sine wave. Starting from this analysis, a new method for CT and VT characterization and compensation is proposed.
