L'observatoire des effets territoriaux des gares du TGV Rhin-Rhône : contexte, enjeux et perspectives

National audience; Depuis septembre 2008, le laboratoire Théma pilote un observatoire des gares du tgv Rhin-Rhône en partenariat avec la sncf-Mission Rhin-Rhône et les régions Franche-Comté et Bourgogne. L'objet de l'observatoire est de mieux comprendre et anticiper les mutations spatiales consécutives à l'arrivée de cette nouvelle ligne à grande vitesse. Devant l'importance du financement des collectivités locales, les enjeux autour du tgv Rhin-Rhône sont considérables pour ces territoires qui cherchent à se structurer dans un réseau métropolitain. Cet article revient sur le contexte de la lgv et précise la démarche de l'observatoire et ses perspectives.
The household location in multicenter urban spaces

In multicenter urban spaces, the household location problem is to find an optimal location taking into account the locations of several economic centers.In this article, we show that the usual model, maximizing a residential utility under a budget spatial constraint, can’t give a satisfactory solution.So, we construct a fuzzy spatial model, including imprecision in consumer’s behavior. This model allows us to find an optimal location in a multicenter urban setting. Then, an empirical study illustrates the performances of the fuzzy model.
Defects in yttrium aluminium perovskite and garnet crystals: atomistic study

Native and impurity point defects in both yttrium aluminium perovskite (YAP) and garnet (YAG) crystals are studied in the framework of the pair-potential approximation coupled with the shell model description of the lattice ions. The calculated formation energies for native defects suggest that the antisite disorder is preferred over the Frenkel and Schottky-like disorder in both YAP and YAG. The calculated values of the distortion caused by the antisite YAl x in the lattice turn out to be in an excellent agreement with the EXAFS measurements. Recent studies on extracellular RNA raised awareness that extracellular vesicles (EVs) isolated from cultured cells may co-purify RNAs derived from media supplements such as fetal bovine serum (FBS) confounding EV-associated RNA. Defined culture media supplemented with a range of nutrient components provide an alternative to FBS addition and allow EV-collection under full medium conditions avoiding starvation and cell stress during the collection period. BACKGROUND: The development of a vaccine for norovirus requires a detailed understanding of global genetic diversity of noroviruses. We analysed their epidemiology and diversity using surveillance data from the NoroNet network.METHODS: We included genetic sequences of norovirus specimens obtained from outbreak investigations and sporadic gastroenteritis cases between 2005 and 2016 in Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa. Interleukin (IL)-31A binds to an heterodimer composed of IL-31 receptor A (IL-31RA) and Oncostatin M Receptor (OSMR). The IL-31/IL-31R complex is involved in the pathogenesis of various skin diseases, including cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. No information is available on the relations between the IL-31/IL-31R complex and B-cell lymphoma. Chemical examination of the endophytic fungus Pestalotiopsis sp., isolated from the leaves of the Chinese mangrove Rhizophora mucronata, yielded 11 new compounds including cytosporones J-N (1-3, 5-6), five new coumarins pestalasins A-E (8-12), and a new alkaloid named pestalotiopsoid A (14), along with the known compounds cytosporone C (4), dothiorelone B (7), and 3-hydroxymethyl-6,8-dimethoxycoumarin (13). The structures of the new compounds were unambiguously elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis.
