Resumen: La carga mental es el conjunto de requerimientos mentales, cognitivos o intelectuales a los que se ven sometidos los trabajadores a lo largo de su jornada laboral. El presente estudio pretende conocer la prevalencia de los niveles de carga mental en profesionales de Enfermería de varias unidades de hospitalización de un hospital, así como su relación con el turno de trabajo y otros factores sociodemográficos y laborales. Para ello se ha realizado un estudio cuantitativo de carácter descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal. Dialogi ekumeniczne pokazują, że w prawie każdym Kościele chrześcijańskim wyobrażenia o jedności są różne. Z problemem braku jednej wizji jedności łączy się drugi – brak jednego pojęcia Kościoła, a przynajmniej brak takiego jego rozumienia, które byłoby akceptowane przez wszystkich chrześcijan.
