In prostate adenocarcinoma (PCa), distinction between indolent and aggressive disease is challenging. Around 50% of PCa are characterized by TMPRSS2‐ERG (T2E)‐fusion oncoproteins defining two molecular subtypes (T2E‐positive/negative). However, current prognostic tests do not differ between both molecular subtypes, which might affect outcome prediction. Relapse rates in surgically resected non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients are between 30% and 45% within five years of diagnosis, which shows the clinical need to identify those patients at high risk of recurrence. The eighth TNM staging system recently refined the classification of NSCLC patients and their associated prognosis, but molecular biomarkers could improve the heterogeneous outcomes found within each stage. Katru gadu ir novērojams skaita pieaugums bērniem ar aptaukošanos un virssvaru. Literatūras datos ir atrodami vairāki pētījumi un analizējumi par to, kā aptaukošanās un virssvars ietekmē cilvēku fizisko veselības stāvokli un hroniskās saslimšanas, bet ļoti maz datu ir pieejami par dzīves kvalitāti un emocionālo stāvokli bērniem ar aptaukošanos un virssvaru. This study finds that it is possible for organizations in emerging categories to resist stigmatization through discursive reconstruction of the central and distinctive characteristics of the category in question. We examined the emerging market of organic farming in Finland and discovered how resistance to stigmatization was both an internal and an external power struggle in the organic farming community. The aim of this study is to increase our understanding of HRD practices that enhance creativity in Finnish growth companies. When social realities are enacted in social interactions, changes also occur in communication through discourses. In public hospitals, middle management groups form one important platform for change talk. This study aimed to identify and understand how change talk emerges in management group meetings. Suomessa käydään poliittista keskustelua turvetuotannon hyödyistä ja haitoista. Tähän keskusteluun ovat aktiivisesti osallistuneet myös kansalaiset ja eri järjestöt. Keskustelujen ytimessä on kiista mitatun tiedon ja havaintojen välisestä ristiriidasta ja luotettavuudesta. Viitekehyksenä tutkimuksessa käytetään sosiaalista konstruktionismia. Sosiaalisen konstruktionismin mukaisesti huomiota kiinnitetään itsestäänselvyyksinä pidettyihin asioihin sekä käsitystemme historialliseen ja kulttuuriseen sidonnaisuuteen.
