<p>Folk high schools during last 160 years have been known for being unique nonformal education institutions with their own philosophical conception established by Danish philosopher N.F.S. Grundtvig (1783-1872). Founded as national consciousness and Danish culture supportive institutions, folk high schools in short time became centres of democracy. The main ideas of these conception – „living word”, „enlightenment”, „enliving”, „school for life”, „personal development” – have made these institutions as providers of personal enlightenment, development and self-realization, where students enlived their transformations through dimensions of body, feelings and mind.</p>

Rezerwat przyrody Ciechocinek w Ciechocinku o powierzchni 1,88 ha, został założony w 1963 r. w celu ochrony śródlądowych zbiorowisk solniskowych. Od 2009 r. rezerwat zlokalizowany jest w granicach obszaru Natura 2000 Ciechocinek (PLH040019) o powierzchni 13,23 ha. Obecnie najwyższe zasolenie i występowanie fitocenoz zespołu mannicy odstającej i solirodu zielnego Puccinellio distantis-Salicornietum brachystachyae (Wilkoń-Michalska 1963) R. Tx. 1974 zostało stwierdzone w obrębie płytkiego rowu odprowadzającego słone wody burzowe spod tężni solankowych, tężni nr 2 i 3. Deciphering the Macroeconomic Effects of Internal Devaluations in a Monetary Union

We study the macroeconomic effects of internal devaluations undertaken by a periphery of countries belonging to a monetary union. We find that internal devaluations have large and positive output effects in the long run. Through an expectations channel, most of these effects carry over to the short run. Internal devaluations focused on goods markets reforms are generally more powerful in stimulating growth than reforms aimed at moderating wages, but the latter are less deflationary. Objective The primary aim of this study was to examine the associations of normal weight obesity with physical fitness in Chinese university students. As a secondary aim, we assessed whether possible differences in physical fitness between students classified as NWO and normal weight non-obese (NWNO) were mediated by skeletal muscles mass.
 Methods A total of 383 students (205 males and 178 females, aged 18–24 years) from two universities volunteered to participate in this study.
