International audience; In the wild, larvae of several species of Drosophila develop in heterogeneous and rapidly changing environments sharing resources as food and space. In this scenario, sensory systems contribute to detect, localize and recognize congeners and heterospecifics, and provide information about the availability of food and chemical features of environments where animals live. We investigated the behavior of D. simulans and D. buzzatii larvae to chemicals emitted by conspecific and heterospecific larvae. This article, through a case study from the Plateforme d'Observation des projets et stratégies urbaines (POPSU) program in Tournus, questions the notion of food democracy and its link with territorial capability. The observation and analysis of the dynamics of this participatory research allow us to enrich the concept of food democracy by crossing it with other theoretical perspectives (in particular the capability approach). They also highlight certain conditions for its effectiveness and raise the question of the relationship between food democracy and public policy. Finally, they invite researchers working on these issues to adopt an involved posture.

My thesis project focuses on the challenges of modernizing the justice system. The reason for this choice is that Senegal, after having originally set up a dual system of juridiction in 1960, made major reforms of its judicial organization in 1984,1992, 2008 and ultimately in 2015. Meanwhile,the country signed the Port Louis Treaty establishing the OHADA which set up a common Court of Justice and Arbitration, a Judicial Academy and led to adoption of 10 uniform acts that govern the business law in the 17 member states. Job seeker's spatial equilibrium in a fuzzy mathematical framework

This paper incorporates complex behavior in a job seeking strategy model. Since the state of information is imperfect, a job seeker faces an imprecise labor market. His behavior is fuzzy and variable. It is shown how this complex behavior can be described by fuzzy subsets theory and bifurcation analysis. The latter examines the discontinuous phenomena. Then it is proved that a job seeker’s fuzzy equilibrium with a spatial constraint exists.
