Criminal Procedure Law reform carried out in 2015 requires, in order to adopt the investigation proceedings that limit the rights recognized by art. 18 Spanish Constitution, to respect the guiding principles of specialty, suitability, exceptionality, necessity and proportionality. This article aims, departing from the legal text and considering existing jurisprudence, to unveil the true meaning of these principles.

Šajā darbā tiek pētīta Latvijas nodokļu sistēma un politika, analizēta nodokļu reforma Latvijā un izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi par nodokļu reformas ieviešanu. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt nodokļu politikas ietekmi uz Latvijas tautsaimniecību, tā rezultātā atklāt pozitīvos momentus un trūkumus, lai izdarītu secinājumus un izstrādātu priekšlikumus nodokļu reformas ieviešanai Latvijā. In „The Tenant of Wildfell Hall” Anne Brontë considers one of the most burning questions of the Victorian period, i.e. the problem of male domestic violence. The novel contributed to the public debate on the defects of the legal system which discriminated against women and made them totally dependent on their fathers and husbands. In this article, we report a case study of our experiences of a curriculum reform process based on the principles of phenomenon-based learning in higher education in the context of Finnish teacher education. We explore how democracy and participation were present in the decision making process, highlighting the challenges of promoting the phenomenon-based approach and collaboration. Opening up learning environments : liking school among students in reformed learning spaces

The present study focuses on views of Finnish basic education students on open and flexible learning environments and the extent to which these views are associated with students’ liking of school. The data were based on an online questionnaire containing both structured ratings and open-ended questions filled out by primary school students (n = 684; grades 2–6; between ages 8–13 years) attending reformed learning environments. Ethnographic field notes and photographs of the schools were collected to provide contextual information about the settings. The present study discusses the development of the orthographical system of the language of the Bačka and Srem Ruthenians, in the Voyvodina region of the former Yugoslavia. In the early 20th century H. Kostel’nyk developed an orthographical system, based on Ukrainian Cyrillic. How- ever, after the Second World War there was an attempt to reform orthog- raphy, which clearly reflected the new political climate. This reform was promoted by J. Bakov and pro-government circles of Rusyns. The aim of the paper is to analyse the reasons for this reform proposal and its failure.
