Artikkelen belyser unge muslimer og kristnes forhandling av kjønn i migrantmenigheter: 1) Hvordan forhandler unge muslimer og kristne forventningene knyttet til kjønn, forbundet med religiøse klesdrakter og kjønnsdelte arbeidsoppgaver? Og 2), hva kan ungdommenes oppfatninger av religiøse koder og kjønnsdelte arbeidsoppgaver fortelle om symbolsk grensedragning mellom deres tilhørighet til en minoritetsgruppe og tilhørighet til majoritetssamfunnet? This paper describes some motivations and outlines some limits regarding the possibility and necessity of interreligious, interconfessional, and interideological dialogue, in an attempt to improve our understanding of Orthodox Christianity’s role in these important aspects of domestic and foreign politics. W artykule podjęto zagadnienie relacji między dialogiem kultur a dialogiem religii. Analiza pojęcia religii i pojęcia kultury pokazała, że ich treści są ze sobą ściśle powiązane. Nie ma religii bez kultury ani kultury bez religii. Dlatego pojawiający się czasem postulat zastąpienia dialogu międzyreligijnego dialogiem międzykulturowym jest bezpodstawny. The textual formulas inscribed in the basilical decors of San Clemente and Santa Maria in Trastevere at Rome, encourage to think about the presence, the power and the significance of the voice in ecclesial spaces. Unrolled on phylacteries or inscribed in gold letters on apsidal conch, the words from sacred texts, but also the legends and the dedications aim to establish the auctoritas of the visual discourse. Perpetuated voices of the prophets, apostles, of Christ and the Church take part in the monumentality of the decor. These inscribed voices animate and update the decor at the rythme of liturgies.
