Corporate governance and its implications for sustainability reporting quality in Latin American business groups

Abstract This paper aims to study the factors determining the quality of sustainability reporting in Latin American business groups. Applying a logistic regression model, this study is pioneer in establishing how some distinct corporate variables of business groups influence disclosure quality of Corporate Social Responsibility practices in these groups in emerging economies. The results show that control concentration in the groups negatively affects the quality of sustainability reporting. Background Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH), also known as Forestier's disease, is a rheumatologic condition characterized by ossification of the spinal ligaments and tendons. Large anterior osteophytes are typically present in the lower cervical levels, while upper cervical ossification resulting in dysphagia is very rare. Methods Here, we presented a patient with Forestier's disease involving massive ossification of the anterior longitudinal ligament extending from C3 to C4 downward contributing to severe dysphagia. Reattachment of the original tooth fragment to the fractured tooth helps in maintaining the tooth’s color, wear resistance, morphology and translucency in the restoration. This article describes the reattachment of fractured fragment using a fiber post and dual cure resin cement with a self-etching adhesive. Two young male patients reported with a complicated crown fracture of the right maxillary central incisor due a road traffic accident. Many studies focused on the letter and sound co-occurrences to account for the well-documented syllable-based effects in French in visual (pseudo)word processing. Although these language-specific statistical properties are crucial, recent data suggest that studies that go all-in on phonological and orthographic regularities may be misguided in interpreting how—and why—readers locate syllable boundaries and segment clusters. Granulomatous mycosis fungoides (GMF) is an unusual histologic subtype of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.1 The diagnosis of GMF is usually established after observation of a granulomatous inflammatory reaction associated with a malignant lymphoid infiltrate.
