Abstract Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that threatens >10 million people annually. Despite advances in TB diagnostics, patients continue to receive an insufficient diagnosis as TB symptoms are not specific. Many existing biodiagnostic tests are slow, have low clinical performance, and can be unsuitable for resource‐limited settings. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a rapid, sputum‐free, and cost‐effective triage test for real‐time detection of TB is urgently needed. In the late 1990s, CREA and the University of Palermo initiated a peach-breeding program in order to select new genotypes suitable for the fruit growing areas of southern Italy. These regions are generally characterized by short, mild winters and long, hot, dry summers. International cultivars grown in continental environments often have problems related to climatic limitations, such as the failure to satisfy the winter chill requirements. Abstract This chapter is aimed at providing an insight on the main issues around the membrane fouling in anaerobic membrane bioreactors (AnMBRs). The analysis presented here shows that membrane fouling in AnMBRs is attributed to three major factors: membrane features, operating conditions, and wastewater characteristics. Several ad-hoc strategies have been implemented in literature to mitigate membrane fouling in AnMBRs, such as gas sparging, media addition, chemical cleaning, and membrane rotation/vibration. Analysing Requirements for Content Mangement

The content to be managed in organisations is in textual or multimedia formats. Major part of the content is, however, stored in documents. In order to find out the needs of the people and organisations producing and using the content a profound requirements analysis is needed. In the paper, a novel method for the requirements analysis for content management purposes is introduced. The method combines different techniques from two existing methods, which were used in various content management development projects. The paper also describes a case study where the new method is exploited.
