[EN] Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declared the state of alarm as a consequence of COVID-19. From this declaration, a series of royal decree-laws have followed one another that have introduced a series of changes in the financial system to adapt the tax obligations to the health crisis situation. In this sense, the deadlines for filing resource, the forms and deadlines for filing and paying declarations and self-settlement have been modified, as well as certain procedures and acts while this exceptional regime lasts. In this study we are going to analyze the adoption of these measures and their accommodation in Tax Law.

Objetivos: La investigación recoge los recursos aplicados por la Unidad de Trabajo Social Hospitalario valorando si son adecuados para solucionar la problemática detectada, así como la demora y satisfacción en los pacientes del Hospital Universitario La Fe de Valencia. Los recursos más solicitados y gestionados desde la Unidad de Trabajo Social Hospitalaria son los sociales (discapacidad, dependencia, Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio y Servicios Sociales) siguiéndoles los sanitarios (hospital y prestaciones sanitarias complementarias). The Relationship Between Goal Orientation, Social Comparison Responses, Self-Efficacy, and Performance

The present study examined whether social comparison responses (identification and contrast in social comparison) mediated the relationship between goal orientation (promotion and prevention) and self-efficacy, and whether self-efficacy was subsequently related with a better performance. As expected, the results showed that promotion-oriented individuals – who are focused on achieving success – had higher self-efficacy than prevention-oriented individuals – who are focused on avoiding failure. Norwegian paper and pulp mills are subject to strict environmental regulation. The mills conduct research and development for reducing pollution. Absorptive capacity indicates their competence. Firms are part of a social network of connections with external actors that include other paper and pulp mills, suppliers, customers, research institutes, and universities that help them in developing technologies. This article argues that knowledge management and social recognition is important for organisational learning and professional self-esteem in academic libraries. An anonymous survey was issued in 2016 to investigate how library staff’s self-esteem is affected by how they experience their management’s view and overview of their knowledge. The need for what Axel Honneth refers to as social recognition will also be discussed as an important part of how professional self-esteem and work satisfaction is experienced and further how this affects motivation to participate in professional development.
