Lietas iztiesāšana bez pierādījumu pārbaudes ir vienkāršotais kriminālprocesa veids, kura piemērošana ļauj atkāpties no kriminālprocesam raksturīgiem principiem. Tomēr tikai vairāku nosacījumu konstatēšana un piemērošanas nepieciešamības izvērtēšana ļauj krimināllietu iztiesāt, nepārbaudot pierādījumus. Tiesu praksē ir konstatējami gadījumi, kad lēmums neizdarīt pierādījumu pārbaudi, tiek pieņemts nepamatoti, tādejādi pārkāpjot apsūdzētās personas tiesības. Il saggio analizza il tema del controllo penale delle di droghe leggere, con particolare riferimento al contesto geografico del bacino del Mediterraneo. Combinando i risultati della ricerca criminologica con quelli l'analisi dei sistemi normativi di Italia, Spagna, Portogallo, Grecia e Germania, lo studio prende in considerazione pregi e difetti dei modelli normativi "antiproibizionisti" sia alla stregua degli argomenti di principio che possono essere richiamati a sostegno o contro la prospettiva di legalizzazione della cannabis e delle altre droghe leggere, sia con riguardo agli effetti che l'adozione di tali modelli potrebbe generare sul versante del contrasto al crimine organizzato.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) represents a criminal justice setting exceptionally welcoming to discourse scholars. The court website provides ample information about ongoing cases, hearings are livestreamed, and transcripts, video footage, and other relevant documents are available online. Against this background of comprehensive transparency, this paper explores the additional value of physically attending ICC trial hearings. Abstract Associations between school-related stress and poor health, risk behaviours and low well-being are well documented. The aim of this paper was to estimate trends of perceived school stress experienced by boys and girls of different ages in the Nordic countries, and to describe trends in school stress between the Nordic countries. Nordic data from the Health Behaviour in School-aged Children study (HBSC) between 2002 and 2014 were used. The participants were aged 11–16 years. School stress was measured by a single item; “How pressured do you feel by schoolwork?” The participants answering “some” or “a lot” were categorised as reporting school stress. Le triazolopirimidine sono leganti eterociclici di crescente interesse. I composti di organostagno(IV) sono caratterizzati dalla presenza di un atomo di stagno (Sn) legato covalentemente ad uno o più sostituenti organici. In questo studio1 sono stati sintetizzati: Me3Sn(5tpO)(1); n-Bu3Sn(5tpO)(2); Me3Sn(mtpO)(3); n-Bu3Sn(mtpO)(4); n-Bu3Sn(HtpO2)(5); Ph3Sn(HtpO2)(6) e la loro citotossicità valutata su tre differenti linee cellulari tumorali umane: HCT-116 (carcinoma del colon retto), HepG2 (epatocarcinoma) e MCF-7 (carcinoma mammario). In 2015, Finland, like other European countries, received an unprecedented number of asylum seekers. Later, in the aftermath of what we prefer to call the ‘refugee reception crisis’, the deportation of those who had received negative asylum decisions began. The Finnish Immigration Service significantly tightened its policies after 2015. Increasingly strict asylum criteria have resulted in deportations at a level never seen before. Furthermore, protests against deportations have increased and become publicly salient.
