In the title compound, [FeIII(C48H36N4O2)(H2O)2][K(C12H24O6)(H2O)2](SO3CF3)2·2C12H24O6, the FeIIIatom is situated on an inversion centre and is octahedrally coordinated by four pyrrole N atoms of the deprotenated 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-methoxyphenyl)porphyrinate ligand and two water molecules. The average equatorial Fe—N(pyrrole) bond length [2.043 (6) Å] is consistent with a high-spin (S= 5/2) iron(III) metalloporphyrin derivative. The K+cation, which also lies on an inversion centre, is chelated by the six O atoms of one 18-crown-6 molecule and is additionally coordinated by two water molecules in a distorted hexagonal–bipyramidal geometry. Novel 2,6-disubstituted phenylboronic compounds - Synthesis, crystal structures, solution behaviour and reactivity

Abstract 2,6-Diformylphenylboronic acid has been synthesized and characterized both in the solid state as well as in solution. In crystal, an unusual structural pattern has been found with the formation of intermolecular hydrogen bonds by B(OH) 2 and CHO groups as well as water molecules. In solution tautomeric equilibrium with the formation of oxaborole ring by one of the formyl groups was proved on the basis of multinuclear NMR spectroscopy. The title compound reacts with secondary mono- and diamines to form various types of substituted benzoxaboroles, which have been characterized by XRD and spectroscopic methods.

In the title compound, C22H23F3NO3P, the dihedral angles between the pyrrole ring and the benzyl and phenyl rings are 81.38 (7) and 46.21 (8)°, respectively. The ethyl phosphate groups present with P—O—C—C torsion angles of −178.47 (10) and 106.72 (16)°, and an intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond occurs. In the extended structure, molecules are linked by C—H...O and C—H...F hydrogen bonds to generate [001] chains.

This paper deals with the issue of honor culture in Poland. In a traditional honor culture, honorable men should be sensitive to situations where their honor is defiled. They should also be ready to defend their good name (Cohen and Nisbett, 1997), even if it means using violence. In such a culture women cannot actively defend their honor. The authors checked the gender role differences (both in actor and observer perspective) in attitudes towards honorable behaviors. Maģistra darbā “Debitoru parādu uzskaites analīze un kredītpolitikas veidošana SIA “Limbažu siltums” tiek pētīta un analizēta debitoru parādu būtība, kredītpolitikas nozīme un SIA “Limbažu siltums” debitoru parādu pārvaldīšana. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata, apkopot un izpētīt uzņēmuma SIA “Limbažu siltums” debitoru pārvaldīšanu, konstatēt nepilnības darbā ar debitoriem un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma kredītpolitikas uzlabošanai. Working Adults' Intentions to Participate in Microlearning: Assessing for Measurement Invariance and Structural Invariance.

The current study set out to understand the factors that explain working adults' microlearning usage intentions using the Decomposed Theory of Planned Behaviour (DTPB). Specifically, the authors were interested in differences, if any, in the factors that explained microlearning acceptance across gender, age and proficiency in technology. 628 working adults gave their responses to a 46-item, self-rated, 5-point Likert scale developed to measure 12 constructs of the DTPB model.
