Tutkimuksessa selvitetään musiikinopetuksen vaikutuksia romanioppilaiden kouluviihtyvyyteen ja -motivaatioon sekä musiikinopetuksen ja laajemmin musiikin osuutta romaninuorten kulttuuriidentiteetin tukemisessa. Tutkimuksen pohjana avataan romanikulttuurin keskeisimpiä osa-alueita sekä selvitetään kouluviihtyvyyden, oppimismotivaation ja kulttuuri-identiteetin käsitteitä. Tutkimusaineisto on koottu yhdeksän teema-haastattelun avulla. Haastateltavat nuoret olivat 13-26 –vuotiaita, pääosin yläkoulussa tai ammattikoulussa opiskelevia pohjanmaalaisia ja eteläsuomalaisia nuoria. L’objet de notre étude est de situer l’œuvre de Philippe Pinel (1745-1826) : Traité médico-philosophique sur l’aliénation mentale ou la manie, publié en 1801, dans l’histoire de la psychiatrie française et espagnole. Après un rapide rappel de ce qu’était le traitement de la folie depuis l’Antiquité jusqu’au XIXe siècle pour mieux juger de l’importance de Pinel, nous analysons les répercussions de ce traité, non seulement en France mais aussi en Espagne où il fut introduit grâce à la traduction de Luis Guarnerio y Allavena, Tratado médico-filosófico de la enagenación del alma o manía, publiée en 1804. This paper aims to justify the use of theatre plays as valid corpus to characterize aspects of Spanish socio-cultural face, specifically the historical evolution of face work in Spanish. Literature works have not always been considered as valid corpus due to its fictional nature and stylistic purpose. Children's Voices and their Impact-Case Study in Romania

Abstract This research evaluates if the voices of children in Romanian preschools are heard and proposes new educational policy in order to train practitioners for preschools. The purpose of the study is to involve practitioners and parents in the Early Years in an experimental training program called: “Voices of children in Romania”. We discovered that according to the traditional attitudes of Romanian parents and practitioners, children's voices are rarely taken into consideration. After the new training program was put into practice in preschools and homes, teachers and parents started to give more attention to children's voices and children's wellbeing was improved.
