Le but de l'étude présentée est d'analyser les représentations d'unsport typé masculin, le rugby, dans le discours de spectateurs à l'issuede matchs. Le champ théorique renvoie à l'école européenne desreprésentations sociales (Moscovici, 1961) et ses développements entermes de structure stabilisée (Abric, 1994). Casual spectators and die-hard fans’ reactions to their team defeat: A look at the role of territorial identification in elite French rugby

This research investigated the role of two foci of identification (team and territory) on identity management strategies used by sport followers in the particular context of elite French rugby union. In study 1 which dealt with casual spectators (N = 153), the results corroborated numerous studies conducted in the North-American context and showed that team identification constitutes a strong driver for offensive and loyalty reactions. Tässä käännösteoreettisessa opinnäytetyössä tutkitaan rugbyn sääntöjen kääntämisessä ilmeneviä käännösongelmia sekä tapoja ratkaista niitä. Työ on kommentoitu käännös englanninkielisten rugbysääntöjen otteista, ja tutkimusaineistona on 9 englanninkielistä rugbysääntöä. Työssä analysoitiin ensin lähdetekstin urheilukieli, lakikieleen viittaavat ilmaukset sekä lähdetekstin tarkoitus eli skopos. It is therefore crucial for sports medicine professionals to understand the subjective experience of injured athletes in order to optimize their care. One of the key elements of effective sports programs that contribute to a child’s sense of joy and satisfaction in participating in sports is contact with an adult who builds a caring climate deliberately and intentionally. Referees play a special role in providing positive experiences for young athletes.
