Algoritmi krustvārdu mīklu veidošanai

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kādi algoritmi spēj izveidot krustvārdu mīklas, un salīdzināt iegūtos rezultātus pēc dažādiem kritērijiem. Krustvārdu mīklu izveidei tiek padoti vārdi ar definīcijām un tiek veidots jauns režģis no padotajiem vārdiem. Tiks salīdzināti dažādi algoritmi pēc kritērijiem, kā piemēram, cik kompakta ir izveidotā krustvārdu mīkla, cik daudz krustpunktu ir izveidoti starp vārdiem, kāda ir malu proporcija u.tml. Darbā iegūtie algoritmi, kas tiks programmēti programmēšanas valodā Python, varētu veidot krustvārdu mīklas, lai cilvēkiem tas nebūtu jādara pašiem manuāli, kā arī tas ietaupītu cilvēku laiku.
Atpakaļceļa meklēšanas algoritmu izpēte krustvārdu mīklu automatizētajā ģenerēšanā

Maģistra darba mērķis bija izpētīt eksistējošos algoritmus, kas pēta krustvārdu mīklu automatizētu ģenerēšanu, liekot uzsvaru uz atpakaļceļa meklēšanu tajos. Galvenais mērķis bija izprast problēmas, kas saistās ar atpakaļceļa meklēšanu situācijās, kad vairs nav iespējams piemeklēt jaunus vārdus no datu bāzes, kas atbilstu konkrētajiem kritērijiem, un, izanalizējot vairākas metodes, tehnikas, piedāvāt savu algoritmu. Izstrādājamā algoritma būtiskākais uzdevums bija rast iespēju modificēt jau esošos laukumā vārdus tā, lai būtu iespējams turpināt vārdu ievietošanu matricā. Darbā arī tika pievērsta uzmanība krustvārdu mīklu šablonu izveidei, izpētot atkarības no vārda atrašanās vietas laukumā. …
Ar superformulu ģenerētu objektu īpašības un pielietojumi

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt ierobežojumus, kādi attiecas uz figūrām, kuras ģenerētas, izmantojot superformulu, kā arī pētīt praktiskus pielietojumus šādam figūru ģenerēšanas paņēmienam. Dabā sastopamu formu ģenerēšanai bieži vien nepieciešami netriviāli vienādojumi vai pārveidojumi, kas patērē gan laika, gan atmiņas resursus. Izmantojot superformulu, šādu formu ģenerēšanai nepieciešami tikai daži parametri. Tā kā visas šādi ģenerētas figūras apraksta viena formula, tad ir iespējams izmantot analītiskas metodes, lai noteiktu figūru un taišņu krustpunktus, kā arī attālumus starp šādi veidotām figūrām. In this paper an example is given of an application of statistical techniques to the Bouguer anomalies analysis in order to design a simple crustal model using few a priori assumptions. All gravity measurements carried out in Sardinia have been collected and processed. The Bouguer anomalies have been calculated according to local density estimates. Spectral analysis of the Bouguer anomalies has been carried out along selected profiles in order to estimate the mean depth of the Moho discontinuity and that of an infracrustal discontinuity. The formation of peak rings in large impact craters.

The Chicxulub impact crater, known for its link to the demise of the dinosaurs, also provides an opportunity to study rocks from a large impact structure. Large impact craters have “peak rings” that define a complex crater morphology. Morgan et al. looked at rocks from a drilling expedition through the peak rings of the Chicxulub impact crater (see the Perspective by Barton). The drill cores have features consistent with a model that postulates that a single over-heightened central peak collapsed into the multiple-peak-ring structure.
