Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvittää Test of Gross Motor Development 3-testistön (TGMD-3) luotettavuutta vertaamalla eri tutkijoiden tekemiä arviointeja ja niiden yhtenevyyttä. Tutkimus oli osa professori Pauli Rintalan johtamaa TGMD-3-projektia, jonka aineisto on kerätty Keski-Suomen alueen alakouluista vuoden 2014 aikana. Tutkimukseen osallistui 43 7–10-vuotiasta lasta. Lasten liikkumis- ja käsittelytaitoja mitattiin TGMD-3-testistöllä (Ulrich 2013), joka sisältää yhteensä 13 taitotestiä, joista 6 mittasi liikkumistaitoja ja 7 käsittelytaitoja. TRUST AND CONFLICT BETWEEN EMPLOYEES: A QUALITATIVE RESEARCH STUDY IN GREEK HOSPITALS
Σκοπός Η παρούσα ποιοτική έρευνα χρησιμοποιεί την αφηγηματική προσέγγιση για τη διερεύνηση της φύσης και του ρόλου της εμπιστοσύνης στα διάφορα στάδια των συγκρούσεων που παρατηρούνται μεταξύ εργαζομένων στο Νοσοκομείο: από τη δημιουργία τους μέχρι την κλιμάκωση και τη μετατροπή τους από «συγκρούσεις έργου» σε «σχεσιακές συγκρούσεις». Υλικό-Μέθοδος Πρωτογενή ποιοτικά δεδομένα (Retrospective, self-reflective) συλλέχθηκαν χρησιμοποιώντας έναν ημι-δομημένο οδηγό συνέντευξης. The main goal of this study was to examine the interaction between team members’ performance and interactional justice climate in predicting mutual trust between managers and team members. A total of 93 small centers devoted to the attention of people with intellectual disability participated in the study. In each center, the manager ( N = 93) and a group of team members ( N = 746) were surveyed. On average, team members were 36.2 years old ( SD = 9.3), whereas managers were 41.2 years old ( SD = 8.8). Archaean Crystalline Rocks of the Eastern Kaapvaal Craton

The eastern part of the Kaapvaal Craton represents a classical granitoid-greenstone terrain and contains the oldest rocks of the African continent, exhibiting about 1000 Ma of crustal evolution from 3.66 to 2.67 Ga. The granitoid rocks predominantly consist of the tonalite–trondhjemite–granodiorite (TTG) association with true granites becoming abundant at about 3 Ga. Greenstones are represented by the well-preserved and well-studied 3.54–3.2 Ga Barberton Greenstone Belt and smaller ca. 3.45 Ga greenstone belt remnants infolded in TTG gneisses around the BGB as well as in the Ancient Gneiss Complex in Swaziland.
