Zagadnienie przysięgi małżeńskiej jest przedmiotem refleksji specjalistów z zakresu prawa kanonicznego, liturgistów i teologów. W teologii refleksja o przysiędze małżeńskiej często jest redukowana do wyjaśnienia jej treści i kwestii szafarza sakramentu małżeństwa. W dokumentach Kościoła katolickiego o małżeństwie i opracowaniach teologów jednomyślne jest stanowisko o przysiędze małżeńskiej jako konstytutywnym elemencie sakramentu. Sublime and grotesque : exploring the liminal positioning of clowns between oppositional aesthetic categories

The horror clown is a potential rooted in the liminalities that are an integral part of the clown figure per se. Drawing on anthropological work and the study of popular culture, this paper argues that clowns can be placed between different dualistic frames such as the sacred and the profane, the sublime and the grotesque, and fear and disgust. This positioning and the ways in which clowns operate between these categories are transmitted aesthetically. Pyrolytic behavior of lignocellulosic-based polysaccharides

The thermochemical behavior of cellulose, glucomannan, and xylan was investigated by pyrolysis–gas chromatographymass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). In each case, major GC-amenable condensable products were classified into several compound groups, and the formation of these monomer-related fragments from the model substance samples was determined at 500, 600, and 700 C with a residence time of 5 s and 20 s. The results revealed that despite some general formation trends, no compound group was selectively formed at certain temperatures. Incidence de la clarification des moûts de raisin sur les fermentescibilltés alcoolique et malolactique

<p style="text-align: justify;">Des essais de débourbage en vinification en blanc, réalisés de 1988 à 1992, mettent en évidence le rôle important joué par la teneur en macromolécules solubles dans le moût de raisin. Les moûts de faible turbidité conduisent en effet à des fermentations alcooliques lentes en relation avec de faibles populations levuriennes. Il est également confirmé que la libération de polysaccharides exocellulaires par les levures au cours de la fermentation alcoolique est d'autant plus élevée que le moût de départ a été fortement appauvri en colloïdes de raisin. Šī darba mērķis bija izpētīt glicerīna transportsistēmu un Hog1p iespējamo lomu raugu šūnu dzīvotspējas saglabāšanā anhidrobiozes stāvoklī. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi, izmantoja raugu Saccharomyces cerevisiae BY4741 un tā izogēnos celmus, kuriem trūka viens vai vairāki gēni, kuri ir atbildīgi par glicerīna transportiera Stl1p, glicerīna eksporta kanāla Fps1p un regulatorās Hog1p MAP kināzes ekspresiju raugu šūnās. After the patrimonial destruction that took place during the Civil War of 1936-1939 in the city of Cartagena, religious art and especially sacred sculpture, is greatly affected. The artistic expressions that the Passionist entities took to the streets on the days of Holy Week, disappear almost in their entirety, having to start a tremendously costly reconstruction process in order to alleviate the losses suffered.
