An overview of the biophysics activity at the Department of Physics and Chemistry Emilio Segrè of the University of Palermo is given. For forty years, the focus of the research has been on the protein structure–dynamics–function paradigm, with the aim of understanding the molecular basis of the relevant mechanisms and the key role of solvent. At least three research lines are identified; the main results obtained in collaboration with other groups in Italy and abroad are presented. Darbā tiek analizēts diskrētās programmēšanas modelis sporta apļa turnīra grafika izveidei, minimizējot novirzi starp komandu priekšrocību sarakstu un rezultējošo grafiku. Tiek apskatīti speciālie matemātiskie rīki, lai panāktu stabilu risinājumu sacensību plānošanas problēmai. Īpaša uzmanība tiek pievērsta stabilitātes nosacījumam šī modeļa kontekstā. Tiek definēti komandu priekšrocību veidi un meklēti stabili un nestabili grafiki turnīriem pie dažādām priekšrocībām.

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādas sakarības pastāv starp sporta sacensību trauksmi, ķermeņa pašvērtējumu un ēšanas traucējumiem raksturīgu uzvedību sporta veidos ar subjektīvu tiesāšanu, un sporta veidos ar objektīvu tiesāšanu, kā arī noskaidrot, vai pastāv atšķirības sporta sacensību trauksmes, ķermeņa pašvērtējuma un ēšanas traucējumiem raksturīgas uzvedības rādītājos starp objektīvi un subjektīvi tiesātajiem sporta veidiem.Tā kā gan sporta sacensību trauksme, gan ķermeņa pašvērtējums ir daudzdimensionāli fenomeni un ietver vairākus komponentus, pētījuma ietvaros tika aplūkota arī šo atsevišķo dimensiju savstarpēja saistība. Background It is a common opinion that Primary Sjögren Syndrome (pSS) damages the exocrine glands and determines the reduction of secreted saliva, some studies show that there are qualitative anomalies of the mucins produced in saliva, including MUC7, MUC5B, MUC1. The purpose of this study is to trace all the information useful to establish whether there is a qualitative or quantitative defect of the mucins in the pSS. Start es el principal punto de control del ciclo celular en el que las células se comprometen a una nueva ronda de división celular. Este punto de control implica la activación irreversible de un programa transcripcional por los complejos Cdc28-Cln a través de la inactivación del represor transcripcional de Start Whi5. En este trabajo se proporcionan nuevas claves sobre cómo Whi7, una proteína relacionada a nivel de secuencia con Whi5, reprime Start. Nuestros resultados demuestran que Whi7 es un parálogo genuino de Whi5. Abstract This paper examines the factors which influence sharing of the strategic information (in other words, electronic coordination) in a buyer–supplier dyad. The antecedents of this coordination are examined rather well in the transaction cost economics (TCE) theory and resource-dependency theory (RDT), while the supply chain management perspective is contemplated. W niniejszym opracowaniu autor akceptuje stanowisko Sądu Najwyższego, iż jeżeli w toku kontroli kasacyjnej Sąd Najwyższy stwierdzi, że apelacja strony, która wniosła kasację, nie została uwzględniona, a uzasadnienie wyroku sądu odwoławczego rażąco narusza przepis art. 457 § 3 k.p.k., zaś w kasacji w oparciu o „jakość” tego uzasadnienia wywodzony jest zarzut rażącego naruszenia art. 433 § 2 k.p.k. wprost (w treści zarzutu) lub też w uzasadnieniu kasacji (art. 526 § 1 k.p.k. w związku z art. 118 § 1 k.p.k.), to uchybienie takie wymaga uchylenia wyroku sądu odwoławczego, albowiem wymaga tego konstytucyjny art. 45 ust. 1 w zw. z art. 176 § 1 Konstytucji RP i konwencyjny (art. 6 EKPCz) standard …
