Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) belongs to the genus Enterovirus of the family Picornaviridae and can cause acute acinar pancreatitis in adults. However, the molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis underlying CVB3-induced acute pancreatitis have remained unclear. In this study, we discovered that CVB3 capsid protein VP1 inhibited pancreatic cell proliferation and exerted strong cytopathic effects on HPAC cells. Through yeast two-hybrid, co-immunoprecipitation, and confocal microscopy, we show that Menage a trois 1 (MAT1), a subunit of the Cdk-Activating Kinase (CAK) complex involved in cell proliferation and transcription, is a novel interaction protein with CVB3 VP1. Like human CMV (hCMV), murine CMV (mCMV) can establish a latent infection in cells of the myeloid lineage. Since mCMV genome remains present in various organs after its clearance from hematopoietic cells first in bone marrow and much later in blood, there must exist one or more widely distributed cell type(s) representing the cellular site(s) of enduring mCMV latency in host tissues. Katram pedagogam gan sporta stundās, gan volejbola treniņos jāsaskaras ar dažādiem skolēnu personības tipiem. Tas ietekmē saskarsmi ar skolēniem un darba kvalitāti. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek izpētīta zinātniskā literatūra par personības jēdzienu, struktūru, attīstības faktoriem un likumsakarībām, attieksmi un pozīciju, vecumposma fizioloģiskām īpatnībām. Dziļuma uztvere uz volumetriskā ekrāna

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts uz 29 lappusēm. Tas satur 15 attēlus, 2 tabulas, 24 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt darba efektivitāti, veicot redzes stimulu dziļuma salīdzināšanas uzdevumu uz volumetriskā ekrāna. Pētījumā piedalījās 20 dalībnieki, vecumā no 21 līdz 34 gadiem. Viņu uzdevums bija noteikt, kurš no četriem apļiem uz volumetriskā daudzplakņu ekrāna atrodas tuvāk. Stimuliem tika mainīta to ekscentricitāte un atrašanās vieta ekrāna dziļumā. Rezultātā tika secināts, ka stimulu dziļuma salīdzināšanas uzdevuma efektivitāte ir augstāka, kad stimuli atrodas tuvu viens otram. The words of the marriage vow are a sacramental formula and a constitutive sign of the sacrament of marriage. They express their marital agreement and establish a marriage covenant. Hence, the content analysis of marital promises in the context of preaching a wedding homily plays an important role, which is still too little used in preaching. Psychological contract profiles among permanent and temporary agency workers

Purpose– Based on the psychological contract (PC) theory, the purpose of this paper is to identify PC profiles, differentiating between permanent and temporary agency workers (TAW). Moreover, the authors analyzed whether different profiles presented different levels of work engagement.Design/methodology/approach– A cross-sectional survey data analysis of 2,867 workers, of whom 1,046 were TAW, was analyzed using latent profile analyses.Findings– Four PC profiles were identified, which differed quantitatively in terms of the overall dimension levels (i.e. balanced, relational and transactional) for PC (i.e. content and fulfillment). This study contributes to the literature on the supervisors’ role in employee well-being by drawing on two separate lines of research: transformational leadership and organizational justice. The purpose of the study was to investigate the unique contributions of transformational and fair leadership (justice behaviours of supervisors) on work engagement and exhaustion among employees within the framework of the Job Demands-Resources model (Bakker and Demerouti, 2007).
