Del estudio se desprende que Internet ha acelerado la desintermediación del sector bancario y ha incrementado su intermediación por servicios, si bien, las entidades tradicionales seguirán dominando el sector. Además, el perfil sociodemográfico del usuario de banca electrónica difiere significativamente del perfil medio de la población. Cette étude évalue la discrimination dans l’accès à l’emploi dans trois professions présentes à la fois dans le secteur privé et dans la Fonction Publique. Deux dimensions sont examinées : l’effet de la réputation du lieu de résidence et l’effet de l’origine maghrébine. Elle est réalisée sur données expérimentales de testing réalisé dans trois professions en tension pour lesquelles la discrimination devrait a priori être très réduite : les responsables administratifs de catégorie A, les techniciens de maintenance de catégorie B et les aides soignantes de catégorie C. This paper describes the modeling of employee attitudes to safety in three industrial sectors operating in the UK. Gauging employee attitudes to safety has become an increasingly important method of appraising human factors issues in many organizations. This study is based on data collected from a large survey (n = 2429) of employee attitudes to safety. It attempts to describe the subjective architectures, or explicative model, of employee attitudes to safety in these sectors by relating these attitudes to their appraisals of commitment to safety in their organization. Framing the Sources of Image of a Local Area through Outcome-Based Dynamic Performance Management

This article investigates the place image concept. It aims to frame major factors impacting on the image of a local area and to suggest associated measures. The adoption of a dynamic approach enables the exploration of four major factors: the level of tourism development, the fit of contextual attributes, the strength of identity, and the level of synergy between public and private sectors. The emerging conceptual model identifies twelve performance indicators driving interdependencies between outputs and outcomes. Such a model eventually is applied to the “Taormina-Etna district” – located in Sicily (Italy) – with the intent to discussing its effectiveness.
