Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot bērnu un vecāku separācijas darba migrācijas dēļ pieredzes saistību ar pieaugušo pašreizējo pašvērtējumu un separācijas trauksmes pazīmēm. Pētījumā piedalījās 53 dalībnieki vecumā no 18 līdz 25 gadiem, no kuriem 35 bija sievietes (66%) un 18 bija vīrieši (34%). Ievads. Sepse ir dzīvību apdraudoša akūta saslimšana, kas raksturojas ar pastiprinātu un disfunkcionālu imūnsistēmas atbildi uz infekciju. Tā izpaužas ar orgānu bojājumu, kam nepieciešama ātra terapijas uzsākšana. Ir būtiski identificēt sepses pacientus ar strauju slimības progresiju, kuriem ir agrīns mirstības risks. Abstract Background In septic patients, hyperoxia may help with its bactericidal effects, but it may cause systemic impairments. The role of hyperoxia and the appropriate oxygen target in these patients is unknown. The aim of this systematic review was to summarize the available literature. C. difficile enterocolitis (CDAC) is the most common hospital infection, burdened by an increased incidence of coagulation-related complications such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) as well as a significant sepsis-related mortality. The aim of this post-hoc analysis was to assess the association between hyperoxemia and 90-day mortality in a large cohort of septic patients.
