There is consensus in health studies that regular physical activities of sufficient intensity and duration contribute to better health both in the short and long term. In an ongoing research program, we focus on getting the young elderly, the 60-75 years age group, to adopt and include physical activities as part of their daily routines. One reason for addressing young elderly is large numbers – in Finland health care costs for the elderly was 3.7 B€ in 2019 and will increase dramatically if the young elderly group is in bad shape when they reach the 75+ age group. Little is known about the NEET EI group and how this status shapes young people’s lives during school-to-work transition. Digital Mental Health Resources for Children and Youth : Evaluation of Strengths in User Interface Design

The aim of this research is to explore the positive user interface (UI) design of digital mental health resources for children and youth. For this purpose, a heuristic model is introduced and heuristic evaluation is used as a method to systematically assess 49 digital mental health resources. In the assessment, the resources are evaluated by observing the prevalence of UI design strengths defined in the heuristic model. The results of the study indicate that the resources analyzed have strengths especially in the dimensions of visual design, content, reliability, engagement and functional design. Celem przeprowadzonych badań był biomonitoring zanieczyszczenia wybranymi metalami ciężkimi: Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Cd, Ni i Pb terenu w pobliżu zbiornika Janów (woj. świętokrzyskie) oraz wody w niecce zbiornika. Metale ciężkie w matrycach środowiskowych, takich jak glony Palmaria palmata, mchy Pleurozium schreberi i gleba, oznaczano metodą absorpcyjnej spektrometrii atomowej. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań i wyznaczonych współczynników akumulacji względnej (RAF) dla eksponowanych próbek glonów wykazano niejednorodne zanieczyszczenie wód zbiornika, szczególnie miedzią i kadmem. This philosophy-oriented paper examines cybersecurity and its ontological work in relation to spaces which are created by conventional perimeter security model and Zero Trust model. In the Ouled Abdoun sedimentary basin (Morocco), the phosphatic series is composed of regular interbedded phosphatic and marly limestone layers. Exploitation of the phosphate in some deposits in this basin collides frequently with problems bound to the existence, in the phosphatic series, of disturbed areas (sterile bodies) qualified as derangements by the mining engineers of the Office Cherifian Phosphate Group (OCP). Their presence in the phosphatic layers causes two kinds of problems: (1) since the whole phosphatic sequence is overlain by a Quaternary cover, we do not know their volume proportion in the phosphatic layers, and therefore the reserves estimations can be wrong (2) they are g…
