Współpraca partnerska w łańcuchu dostaw jako warunek sprawnego zarządzania sektorem publicznym

Celem artykułu jest wskazanie roli relacji międzyorganizacyjnych w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw w sektorze publicznym. Został on zrealizowany podstawie analiz o charakterze teoretycznym, w oparciu o założenia marketingu relacji, Nowego Zarządzania Publicznego oraz Public Governance. Analizie poddano typy relacji, elementy i etapy współpracy, a także alternatywy strategiczne partnerstwa. Analiza zależności między ogniwami łańcucha stanowiła podstawę identyfikacji możliwości kryjących się w potencjale relacji partnerskich. Artykuł podejmuje kwestię przyczyn zmian przywódców w polskich partiach politycznych. Pod uwagę wzięto dwa główne czynniki, które – zgodnie z przyjętymi w środowisku naukowym poglądami – w sposób decydujący warunkują czas trwania na stanowisku. Po pierwsze, przeprowadzono analizę formalnych procedur związanych z odwoływaniem liderów partii politycznych zawartych w statutach partyjnych. This article analyzes the origins of generalized trust in Finnish society and how this relates to trust in education. The study was based on a historical analysis of the role of education in building a Finnish society and nation state. The author discusses the development of a Nordic welfare state and analyzes the relationships between generalized trust and education from the perspectives of democracy, corruption, egalitarian attitudes, wealth, and culture. Crossing the magical barriers of art : Social class, authorship and capital in the contemporary Finnish literary field

This article examines how social class origin is experienced to affect the trajectories of becoming and being an author in the context of the contemporary Finnish literary field. It analyzes authors’ experiences of social class, artistic work and authorship in a theoretical framework that draws from the work of Pierre Bourdieu and Beverley Skeggs, particularly the concepts of economic and cultural capital, habitus and inscription. Social class origin is argued to be a relevant factor that affects the ways authorship is pursued even in a country, such as Finland, where artistic labor is relatively well supported by the public sector. Co-dynamics in engendering innovations through collaborative leadership - A complexity-based approach

The paper presents ten co-dynamics that are supposed to be those underlying forces and powers that bring about an innovation creation process. The co-dynamics as unpredictable movements have been found by a Grounded Theory approach from two large-scale data. Parts of the other data serve here as the empirical source. In order to comprehend the nature of the co-dynamic, the notion of collaborative leadership is exploited. It includes both human participants and tangible elements, such as activities, practices, measures, or tools when synergy is gained.
