Tämä tutkielma käsittelee eri tiedekuntien opiskelijoiden ruotsin ja englannin kielen käyttöä opiskeluaikaisessa työelämässä sekä opiskelijoiden käsityksiä tulevaisuuden työelämän kielitai-totarpeista ja kielitaitovaatimuksista eri aloilla. Tutkimusmenetelmä on deskriptiivinen ja enimmäkseen kvalitatiivinen. Tutkimusaineisto ke-rättiin sähköisen kyselylomakkeen avulla keväällä 2012. Lomake lähetettiin kolmen eri tiede-kunnan opiskelijoille sähköpostilistojen kautta ja kyselyyn vastasi yhteensä 225 opiskelijaa. This article examines the concept and metaphor of fragmentation and its underlying assumptions in international law and global governance. After engaging with fragmentation historically, we analyze current debates through five conceptual perspectives. Fragmentation is often perceived as a process, a gradation, a process with a single direction, a prognosis, and normatively as either loss or liberation. These interlinked tendencies carry conceptual implications, such as making fragmentation apparently inevitable or provoking positive revaluations of fragmentation in terms of differentiation. The role of anti-HLA antibodies in transplant rejection is well-known but the injury associated with non-HLA antibodies is now widely discussed. The aim of our study was to investigate a role of non-HLA antibodies in hand allografts rejection. The study was performed on six patients after hand transplantation. Fish lice (Argulus spp.) are obligate ectoparasites, which contrary to most aquatic parasites, retain the ability to swim freely throughout the whole of their life. In fish farms, they can quickly increase in numbers and without effective control cause argulosis, which results in the reduced growth and survival of their fish hosts. The morphology of Argulus spp, including their sensory organs, is suitable for both parasitism and free-swimming. Invertebrate biomass is considered one of the main factors driving processes in ecosystems. It can be measured directly, primarily by weighing individuals, but more often indirect estimators are used. We developed two indirect and non-destructive approaches to estimate biomass of small invertebrates in a simple manner. The first one was based on clay modelling and the second one was based on image analysis implemented with open-source software.
