Background & aims Obeticholic acid (OCA) is the second-line treatment approved for patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and an inadequate response or intolerance to ursodeoxycholic acid. We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of OCA under real-world conditions. Hyvälle talousjournalismille on tarvetta, sillä rahan liikkeet vaikuttavat ihmiskohtaloihin Pihtiputaalta Ateenaan. Millaista suomalainen talousjournalismi on, ja kenen ehdoilla sitä tehdään? Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoitus on selvittää, ketkä suomalaisessa talousjournalismissa pääsevät ääneen ja millaisissa rooleissa. Millaisia puhetapoja eli diskursseja puhujista käytetään? Analysoin työssäni Helsingin Sanomien, Keskisuomalaisen ja Etelä-Saimaan taloussivujen pää- ja kakkosjuttuja lokakuun 2010 ajalta.
