Biomasas koģenerācijas sistēmas ir labs risinājums videi draudzīgākas enerģijas (siltuma un elektrības) ražošanā, tomēr biomasas sadedzināšanas rezultātā rodas ievērojams daudzums pelnu un bioogle, kas pārsvarā tiek apglabāti poligonos kā atkritumi. Maģistra darba mērķis – analizēt biomasas koģenerācijas staciju koksnes vieglo pelnu un bioogles sastāvu, īpašības, tajā skaitā toksicitāti, ietekmi uz augu attīstību, kā arī izvērtēt izmantošanas iespējas lauksaimniecībā. Rezultāti liecina, ka vieglie pelni un bioogle, nepārsniedzot noteiktu koncentrācijas līmeni, veicina sēklu dīgtspēju, augu augšanu, biomasas pieaugumu un nodrošina labu sakņu attīstību. Pētījuma ietvaros tiek raksturota sīkpartiju popularitātes pieaugšana Apvienotajā Karalistē uz vienas partijas piemēra (t.i. Skotu Nacionālā partija), tās iemesli un iespējamās sekas. Darba mērķis ir saprast, kāpēc Lielbritānijā turpina pieaugt sīkpartiju popularitāte. One of the main features of social media sites is to allow to its users creation and modification of contents of the site utilizing the offered WWW interfaces. We tested a commercial in-car navigation system prototype against the NHTSA criteria for acceptance testing of in-vehicle electronic devices, in order to see what types of in-car tasks fail the acceptance test and why. In addition, we studied the visual demands of the driving scenario recommended by NHTSA for task acceptance testing. In the light of the results, NHTSA guidelines and acceptance criteria need to be further developed. Artykuł streszcza historię obecności tabaki w polskiej obyczajowości, koncentrując się na literackich świadectwach, mówiących o jej zażywaniu. W opracowaniu wspomniano m.in. o anonimowych tekstach, takich jak Poswarek Tabaki z Gorzałką (1636) czy Nauka, jako o dobrym także o złym używaniu proszku tabakowego (1650). Wspomniano również o publikacjach dotyczących tabaki, tłumaczonych z języków obcych w XVII i XVIII w. Tēmas nosaukums: Anastomozes plīsumu ietekmējošie faktori agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā taisnās zarnas vēža pacientiem. Ievads: Mūsdienu klīniskajā onkoloģijā taisnās zarnas vēža primārā ārstēšanas metode ir ķirurģiska operācija. Viena no nopietnākajām komplikācijām, kas rodas pēc taisnās zarna vēža ķirurģiskas ārstēšanas, ir dažāda smaguma anastamozes nepietiekamība. Literatūrā tiek aprakstīts, ka šī problēma ir sastopama 5-12% gadījumos, bet, neskatoties uz to, tā tiek uzskatīta par nopietnu, jo var novest pie smagām sekām.
